Great location and clean room.
Pros:

The location was great for me. Very central to the four destinations I needed to attend. Great access to public transport and walking distance to Crown casino.

Cons:

The shower was in the bath so it's not the easiest thing to have a shower. The room was warm so I adjusted the air conditioning to 16 degrees but it did not get any cooler over the 3 nights I stayed.
When I arrived at my room, the TV and the safe were not working. The TV was fixed quickly but it took several requests to get someone to fix the safe.

Oaks on Market St, Melbourne.
Pros:

It's in a great location, close to everything. The food tastes great from the restaurant at Oaks, with friendly service.
Loved the heated pool, gym, sauna & spa facilities.
The only thing I would suggest, is to place a non slip rubber mat around the pool and spa areas, as they're very slippery & dangerous.

This apartment needs maintenance and improved range of kitchen equipment for it to be comfortable.
Pros:

Location was perfect for my needs. Close to cafes, offices, transport and gyms.

Cons:

The kitchen was not equipped for preparing meals. The microwave didn't work and the fridge froze my food. The bathroom taps and toilet leaked - it was more than obvious that the tape washers needed replacing as the taps were turned off so tight I almost wasn't able to turn them on. The washing line in the bath was broken and I wasn't able to find free-to-air TV. The room temperature was on the cold side and I wasn't able to increase it via the air con controls as it would revert back to a cooler temp.

Disappointing.

Location.

Cons:

Rooms are very dated. Had to change room on the first night as our toilet had continuous running water. The shower had no pressure and a trickle of water.
Second room the aircon didn’t work. Room temp showed as 19 degrees, after 6 hours of having the temperature set to 25 degrees the room temp was still 19 degrees. Staff provided a portable heater which was louder than the jet engines that powered us to Melbourne.
