Overall great stay but room needed some TLC
Pros:

We love staying at this hotel, the location is great, the pool, spa and sauna are great! Buffet breakfast is always a hit.

Cons:

The room we stayed in was unfortunately a little dated, toilets flushing was left to be desired but hopefully these rooms will get an upgrade soon as when we have stayed previously the rooms were great! Also the parking is not at the hotel so you have to park in a seperate location.

Not bad!
Pros:

The pool and spa! Close to tram. A few other facilities such as a gym and restaurant I didn't use but may have if I was there longer. Tv was awesome. Had Foxtel and could cast from my device. Wifi was awesome

Cons:

The shower seemed to only have two options: boiling or freezing. Also felt it was worrying seeing so many children in places they shouldn't have been (spa, gym)

A disappointing holiday

The smell getting off the elevator. It was a wet carpet smell. Our room was same.

The bed was uncomfortable even with a topper
The fridge froze all our food and drinks. We went to reception and the man said it would be fixed so we went and bought new food only to see that get frozen as well. Over $100 of food and drinks we had to throw out
Saturday night we went to restaurant there as we had no food only to be told they were busy and there would be no food. There was no signage. Quite a few people were effected.

Great city stay with kids!

Towels they provided us was only 2 even though we booked for 3. We wanted to order food online but website wasn't working for me.

Disappointing
Pros:

The location was excellent and there was access to good facilities, such as a kitchen in the room, pool, spa and sauna.

Cons:

The heater in the room made an awful whistling/beeping sound all the time, staff told us to turn the fan down, which helped but did not eliminate the problem. There were carpet stains in multiple places. I was charged for the room twice due to an error. Staff were rude and unapologetic about any of the issues.

Great location, except…
Pros:

The location was great - central to a lot of places and transport. The beds were comfy and large and the coffee in the foyer was also amazing!

Cons:

We had 3 dining chairs instead of 4, which was very odd for a 2 bedroom unit.
There were no cooking pots / pans despite having a cook top.
The shower was horrific in terms of temperature and water pressure.
We had our room serviced but they neglected to replace 2 of the 4 towels.

Prefer to sleep on the plane

Cons:

Everything else, food wasnt terrible just ok, room was dusty and microwave is eye levell i could see layers of dust under it microwave was dirty, tv didnt work properly have to watch shit channels none of the movies worked and couldnt connect phone to tv to stream movies. No outside breeze i understand the suicide prevention windows but there wasnt even a small window up the top to open for fresh air. Cleaners were loud in the next rooms. Staff hardly smiled. Bathroom disgusting soap scum in bath and shower. Shower pressure was terrible spent more time standing there trying to get a comfortable temperature then being in the shower itself. Cafe? What Cafe? It was constantly closed.
