Muy amable atención,limpio y comodo
Séjour agréable dans le calme et à quelques pas du centre ville. L’appartement était tout équipé avec tout le nécessaire : fontaine à eau, café, savon, ménage, changement de serviettes…Propreté des lieux. Personnel efficace et à l’écoute…

L’emplacement calme et à côté du centre animé, notre penthouse avec jacuzzi, la résidence calme, la piscine assez longue pour nager même si peu profonde, le club de gym même s’il fallait aller à chaque fois chercher et ramener le pass gym

The condo was very spacious with private rooftop area, unfortunately it was too hot, to use it much (we visited in July) Constant drinking water supply was great.
The pool was very hot, and did not help to cool down. We were early to check in (at about noon) and the check in assistant said they would contact us when our room is ready (as if they would make an attempt to get it ready sooner), when we arrived again 10min early for check in (at 3pm), our room was still not ready. It felt as if they did not really made an effort to accommodate us, with early check in. The closest proper beach is about 10 mins walking distance from the hotel.

Manque d'ustensiles dans la cuisine et de casseroles .poeles.La piscine est vieillissante ( les carreaux de mosaïque partent, mes enfants se sont coupés 2 fois) .Transats qui n'étaient pas propres .Certains endroits avec de la moisissure dans l'appartement.

No hay recepción en el hotel y toca caminar a otro hotel a 4 cuadras para tener atención de la recepción. No tiene ascensor y subir las escaleras con las maletas es muy incómodo. Nuestra habitación tenía un jacuzzi encima de las habitaciones que sonaba muy duro toda la noche y no dejaba dormir, al solicitar que lo desconectaran no lo quisieron hacer a pesar de la incomodidad de no dormir. Y es lejano de las playas en donde se puede acceder.
La piscina era espectacular, el agua estaba calientita. Las áreas comunes super limpias, y las habitaciones estaban muy limpias, y un plus fue la terraza que teníamos, con el jacuzzi. Estuvo genial!

Our apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed for a great stay. While the room showed some signs of wear and tear, it was clean and well maintained. The location was excellent—we were within walking distance of many restaurants and shops. Although you could hear some noise from the nearby restaurants, it wasn't bothersome. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and we spent a lot of time enjoying the pool. We also appreciated the water dispensers, which made it easy to refill our bottles and stay hydrated. Overall, we would definitely stay here again.
The front desk is located at another hotel, about a one-minute walk away. We had to pick up our pool towels there.
The hotel was great. The room are big, spacious and extremely clean. Muy kids loved it. Also there's dicho a good energy.

Gezellige accomodatie, het behoort tot een groep hotels die samenwerken. Het is zeer goed beveiligd. Er is 24/7 security aan de poort dus je geraakt niet zomaar binnen in het complex. Complex zelf is zeer aangenaam om in te vertoeven. Kamers waren zeer comfortabel, alles was voorzien. Zwembad was gezellig, met voldoende ligbedjes. Deze accomodatie werkt samen met een zeer uitgebreide gym waar je gratis kan gaan sporten. Locatie was ideaal, op wandel afstand van het levendige centrum.

Condo hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff were great, with the receptionist even getting the golf cart out to lead us to the garage to park our car. Our apartment was spotlessly clean, thanks to Melissa, who did a great job of making our apartment feel like a home from home. The pool was great. The aircon worked perfectly, and all in all, everything just met or exceeded our expectations. Great facilities in the kitchen too: good coffee machine, large refrigerator, etc.
I think the shower is the biggest I've ever seen!
Unlike a lot of the modern buildings, it had a great authentic Mexican feel to it which we very much appreciated. The location was absolutely perfect.
It was a very reasonable price too, so very good value for money.

Une fontaine a eau était disponible dans l'appartement, ce qui était très apprécié. Machine a laver et à sécher aussi disponible.
Nous avions le penthouse 6 personnes. Nous étions 3 couples. Il y'a une grande chambre parental avec salle de bain, à côté une plus petite chambre avec salle de bain, et à la l'étage 1 chambre, 1 salle de bain séparée et la cuisine. A l'étage suivant, le toit terrasse avec jacuzzi.
Petit problème de clim qui a été réparé, mais ne fonctionnait pas encore à 100%.
Période des sargasses, mais l'hôtel ni peut rien.

Note* I upgraded to staying at the sister property El Taj which has been wonderful! My room is amazing and such a good value compared to the expensive all inclusive I stayed at for 3 days beforehand. The room is huge, the bed is one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in, And I love the blue tooth speaker and smart tvs I can sign into Netflix on. The kitchen and washer/dryer are so convenient. The pool is gorgeous and perfect for a relaxing night swim. Isidro was so friendly and set me up with everything I needed for a beach day at Mamitas beach and drove me there and picked me up when I was ready. I can’t say enough good things about this hotel and I will be back!!!!
The only downside is the sargasso on the beach which makes it smelly and unswimmable but is obviously not the fault of the hotel.
