Hotel Conca Park

Great views!!! It’s proximity to the main square.

Rooms were excellent, bathroom very nice. Breakfast was good. Swimming pool area was amazing. Staff were excellent.

We had a wonderful stay at Conca Park, a family run hotel with a caring family feel. Nothing was too much trouble for the friendly and helpful staff who were always at hand to help. Everything was clean, the rooms were comfortable, the pool area was pristine, the pool temperature perfect. Breakfast buffet was extensive, breakfast outside on the patio under the lemon trees was truly memorable. The evening buffet had a range of choices, something for everyone. Always cooked and presented to a high standard. The table service for drinks was efficient. Staff friendly and helpful.
We were given a guided tour of the family garden that grows fruit and vegetables for the hotel, that was fascinating.
There is plenty of space to relax, whether it be in the lemon garden, the lounge/bar area or on the terrace surrounding the huge olive tree.
The hotel’s location is minutes from the town of Sorrento, which is lively and bustling with an array of shops and restaurants. Shops are open until around 10pm, so an evening stroll in to town is always an option.
The location of the hotel meant that it was peaceful and no trouble with noise at all.
We travelled with TUI, the price was great, the reps were great, the whole package perfect. We took a few trips with TUI and collection was from the hotel. The hotel was in a good location for days out to Capri, Amalfi Coast and Pompeii or Herculaneum.
We would highly recommend this hotel, it was a friend that recommended it to us and we were not disappointed. We hope to return next year.

Conca Park is a beautiful hotel with a unique entrance through a tunnel that doubles as an art gallery. The hotel is spotlessly clean, our room was enormous with a lovely view over the garden. The restaurant provides excellent breakfasts and evening meals. Evening entertainment is high quality, the pool area is as peaceful as the rest of the hotel, and staff are very helpful and pleasant. I’ve stayed in some excellent hotels but I’m not sure if I’ve stayed in one better. To sum up, as Mary Poppins would say the Conca Park is practically perfect in every way.

Hotel was beautiful. Like a boutique hotel with loads of lovely art everywhere. Stylish and classy, spotless. Staff very obliging and friendly. Food great, great choice and loads of it. We stayed half board and were lucky enough to choose a room with balcony and sea view. We went for 7 nights and there was entertainment on 3 nights. Pianist was wonderful. Opera singer was fantastic!!!! He had a beautiful voice. Would recommend to anyone. Hope to go back one day. 5 mins walk to main drag too so didn’t have get taxi or buses. Excellent x

We had a lovely week in Conca Pk hotel in Sorrento.Our rooms were spacious and comfortable,hotel was so clean and staff and food were excellent.I would highly recommend staying here if you are going to Sorrento The location is close to the main streets within 5,to 6mins walk.

We visited this hotel many years ago and wonder why we took so long to return. We love everything about this stylish hotel. The location in Sorrento is excellent for exploring the town but as it is set in beautiful gardens is a peaceful and tranquil oasis. The hotel and grounds are stunning.
The staff are exceptional, friendly, welcoming and extremely helpful.
The restaurant food is of a high standard with excellent choice for breakfast and dinner. I am vegetarian and the choice was amazing. The restaurant manager Michael is a lovely man, nothing is too much trouble.
The whole hotel is spotlessly clean, rooms comfortable and well equipped. The housekeeping staff do a first class job . We had a quiet room facing the cliffs at the rear, the bird song in the mornings was lovely to wake up to.

We cannot wait to return. Thank you to all the staff at Conca Park!

I have just returned from another amazing week at the Conca Park in Sorrento! I have been going to Conca Park for around 12 years and before this my mum and dad had been regular guests for around 20 years. I am going again in October with my husband for our end of summer week. The Conca Park is my two sons favourite place to stay in Sorrento too!

Sadly, my mum passed away last year but I have just been to the Conca Park with my husband, my two sons and their families to remember her. We wanted to introduce the next generation of our family, our granddaughters, to Sorrento and the Conca Park family!

Conca Park is a truly special place. The owners, managers and staff are exceptional. They always strive to make your holiday with them as special as possible. Nothing is too much trouble.

The rooms are beautiful and daily housekeeping make sure your room is cleaned to a high standard. Many rooms have an amazing view of Vesuvio too! As this was a special visit for us this time we stayed in the James Bond suite, it is definitely worth the extra for a special holiday. The room is outstanding, the best views in Sorrento, you will not be disappointed.

The restaurant is spacious and very well managed. The choice of food for breakfast is extensive and of high quality, including an egg station. It is special to sit outside with the view of Vesuvio in the background.

The hotel is a few minutes’ walk from the main street Corso Italia and the square, Piazza Tasso. There are many shops, bars and restaurants too. And of course you can catch a ferry to Positano, Amalfi, Naples and Capri nearby.

Conca Park feels like family to us. We can’t wait to return in October!

Beautiful, modern hotel, gorgeous grounds and view looking at Mt Vesuvius and bay. At first, the staff seemed a bit rude, short answer and standoffish, but things got better with time. The art exhibit tunnel was a great idea, certainly better than a plan set of steps. The one negative, unless you are handicapped, don’t stay in room 522, the handicap toilet does not make it easy to sit on, my feet dangled 12 inches off the floor! We were going to change rooms, but didn’t want to give up our sea view.

Everything about this establishment is perfect. Location: three minutes from Sorrento's main street.
Service: polite friendly welcoming and accommodating
Amenities: everything we tried was perfect unfortunately we never found time for the Spa.

Presentation: you enter through a private art gallery, you go to sleep to the sound of Opera carrying in from the city and wake up to views of Vesuvius.

Food: excellent from options to presentation. We arrived late on our first night and we're left sandwiches and desserts in the rooms fridge which was a godsend. Breakfast buffet was well stocked fresh and still had soul. Fresh honeycomb is a beautiful touch. Dinner you want to have in the city every night for the experience but the one day we were too exhausted after Pompeii we were not let down by the food.

And finally Morality: the owners still live on site, we were told with such pride about the hotel being one of (if not the first) zero waste hotels in Italy. If you're like me and get a little concerned at the environmental impact of tourism it's nice to feel a little of that is offset. And if you don't care it's not preached to you either.

Book this hotel, pay the little extra for the sea view or balcony. We already want to go back!

Location, breakfast, rooms

The hotel was wonderful and is situated within easy access of the centre of Sorrento. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. We were on half board and the food was very good and very tasty with plenty of choice. The gardens surrounding the hotel are beautiful and we especially enjoyed the produce in the restaurant. All the staff were very pleasant and helpful. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful hotel..excellent location..we had a garden view on the 4th floor, which was lovely. The pool area was spotless, ample sunbeds and chairs around the vicinity of the pool. Easy access to the centre of Sorrento. Staff were very polite. Would highly recommend.

What a lovely, fabulous hotel,super clean with friendly staff nothing was too much trouble.Food is excellent with lots of variety and are quite willing to to make other food for people who don’t like what’s on offer.loved the eco friendliness ,water fountain to top up your water bottle on every floor,recycling bins and food was grown in their gardens which was served at dinner, I really didn’t want to come home but looking forward to returning

An excellent experience from start to finish! Reception staff were very helpful, the restaurant ran very efficiently with very friendly staff, there was always a good choice of food. The room was presented and maintained to a high standard.
The hotel is situated a few minutes walk from the main attractions in Sorrento and a 20 min walk to the train station if making the journey to Pompeii, for example.
Would definately stay again if I revisit the area!
