Location & facilities

We stayed at the Hotel Conca Park at the beginning of May and thought this hotel, the grounds, location, food and staff were all excellent. Our party stayed in a balcony sea view room and a balcony garden room. Both rooms were extremely clean, well maintained with lovely views and perfect for our holiday. The sea view room in particular was worth paying a little extra for the stunning view across the Bay of Naples towards Mount Vesuvius.

Regarding the food at the hotel, we were very surprised by some previous negative comments here. We found all the food at breakfast and dinner to be varied, freshly cooked, hot and excellent quality. We were particulary pleased with the vegetarian options.

Overall we loved this hotel, with its perfect location close to the town including the buggy service up and down the "art tunnel". The grounds with lemon trees and the pool area are amazing. We also had a highly enjoyable tour of the hotel owners private gardens with Michael the restaurant manager (such a lovely man!) and on to a walking tour of Sorrento with our excellent TUI reps Sofia and Ilya

We would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely return if we visited Sorrento again.

Our second time at Conca Park, a hotel which suits us very well. Situated at the end of the main street it is ideally placed. The hotel is very well presented and maintained. The staff, without exception are helpful and patient. The food, much of it grown on site, was very good. The hotel is great value for money. We look forward to returning soon.

A fantastic hotel. Great staff, superb decor and a very special place if you like modern art. The hotel is just outside the old town walls and is an oasis of calm and enjoyment, yet you can be in the heart of the town in just a few minutes. Lovely room (we are widely travelled but have never had a room with two bathrooms before) excellent restaurant and food. A great all round experience and a lovely introduction to this part of Italy. Thank you to everyone at the hotel.

We have stayed in Sorrento a number of times this was by far the best.

Why was it good ?

Location is perfect the, food was outstanding, not being a buffet fan I was pleasantly surprised by the variety quality and choice available, excellent. not good for the waistline though, fresh cooked omelettes at breakfast Location is lovely and quite..

The staff were pleasant professional and accommodating to all our needs.

The room was clean and well maintained throughout our stay and was a lovely room with a great viewable this at a great price too..

The hotel is up a little bit of an incline but dont be put off there's a complimentary cart service for those that need it.

Relaxing stay in a superb hotel in central Sorrento. Great staff, always pleasant. Can’t wait to return!

We arrived very late in the evening and we were welcomed with very organised staff, a beautiful room and a fridge with sandwiches cakes and water so that we didn’t go to bed hungry. We stayed half board and both the breakfast and evening meals provided had an excellent choice which would cater to everyone’s tastes. The swimming pool was lovely and the staff were most helpful and attentive during our week long stay

We have just got back from the most amazing week at Hotel Conca Park, where we celebrated our wedding in Sorrento with our friends and family.
The hotel is absolutely beautiful. We were lucky enough to be upgraded and had the most incredible view from our balcony.
The staff were so friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. They often brought ice creams out to my nieces by the pool, which was such a lovely touch.
Breakfast was great, with plenty of choice each morning, from fruit and yoghurt to made-to-order omelettes and delicious pastries. We loved sitting outside for breakfast and enjoying the beautiful surroundings.
The location is perfect too – just a short walk into the centre of Sorrento, with lots of great restaurants and bars nearby.
We honestly had the best time and cannot wait to come back to Sorrento and stay at Conca Park again!

Conca Park is a fabulous hotel. Based very close to the centre of Sorrento, it has lovely grounds and an excellent pool. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms immaculately clean. The food is also of a very high standard and offers a wide variety, catering for all palates. The desserts and ice creams are to die for. I have been visiting the hotel on a regular basis since 2019 and often return twice a year.

Excellent stay for the second time. Location, Hotel setting, Staff, Food was !st class without being snooty. One of the entrances involved being transported through a tunnel on a golf cart. Never experienced this anywhere else in the world. Very novel and really enjoyed it. Room overlooked the garden and a little bit of the sea great view and very comfortable and clean. Art work around the Hotel was amazing.

Absolutely loved this hotel! We got a the suite with the jacuzzi and they instantly came and prepped it all for us

The room and the view were AMAZING! It was clean and the staff was friendly. The breakfast was good. We enjoyed the pool as well.
