לחבילת הכל כלול זה בהחלט עיסקה משתלמת

הצוות אדיב מאוד ודואג להכל. היינו מספר משפחות באגף ששופץ.וכולם הרגישו איכות השירות. החדרים נקיים והמיזוג עבד תקין בחום יולי באילת. למלון 3 ברכות והוא מרחק הליכה לחוף הים.
הילדים עפו על הברד חופשי והארטיקים כל היום

Cons:

אני מניח שזו בעיה עולמית אבל מה ניסגר עם הסיפור הזה של לתפוס מיטות בבריכה ליום שלם ואז לבוא שעה לפני הסגירה. חבל שהצוות לא מתמודד עם הבעיה הזו.

A good and comfortable stay with excellent food, but the service and facilities need some improvements.
Pros:

The room was spacious, large, very comfortable, and clean. The food was diverse and delicious, and the breakfast buffet in particular was excellent and offered a wonderful variety.

Cons:

The dining room was very crowded and packed with people all the time. Additionally, we faced great difficulty finding a parking spot because it was always full. Also, when I requested an iron for the room, I was told it was unavailable, which was disappointing

Pros:

האוכל היה מצויין ומגוון ובהחלט טעים כל הארוחות.
פשוט הרגיש לנו כמו שוק הכניסה של המלון נראית כמו אכסניה.
בסך הכל שילמנו מחיר לא נמוך בכלל!! החדרים לא מזמינים !
כמה פעמים חדר האמבטיה היה מלוכלך ולא נוקה כמו שצריך!

Cons:

הבריכה לא נעימה להיכנס אליה למי שמתקשה לרדת אל הבריכה זה היה מאתגר ברמה שהיינו פעם אחת במתחם הבריכה ולא נכנסנו

חדר מדהים נוף מדהים מלון יפה בריכה נחמדה

צוות ממורמר מאוד חיוך אחד לראיתי מעובד אחד של המלון , כל העובדים נראים סובלים ,אין טיפת תודעת שירות .
האוכל היה נראה לא נקי , הבריכה הייתה נראת לא נקייה ובמיוחד ממוכונות השתייה יצא ריח מסריח וגועל
