La ubicacion de este hotel es fantastica.

Cons:

Esta muy deteriorado el hotel, instalaciones muy viejas. El desayuno no es variado, todos los dias lo mismo. No tienen desayuno a la carta como en otros hoteles de esta categoria.

Pros:

El hotel esta ubicado a pocos metros de la puerta sol y cerca de la puerta de Alcalá lo que permite moverse a pie fácilmente. El personal amable en especial Manuel y Esther quienes nos brindaron ayuda constantemente y nos recomendaron lugares de comida y turísticos para recorrer.
La habitación cómoda, el aire acondicionado funcionaba bien, el baño excelente y contaba con un frigobar. El desayuno muy variado (día a día rotaba lo caliente). Además, las vistas del desayuno (se ubicaba en el piso quinto) daban a la cuidad.
La sala de espera del hotel contaba con una máquina de café, té y agua gratuito las 24hs.
