Excellent and well located hotel.
Pros:

Incredible location, the breakfast room on the 5th floor is amazing. The view is incredible.
We had a conference at the Circo de la bell Artes and it was a perfect localization.

Cons:

The room was very very small and we had no view from our room whatsoever.

Fantastisch 🤩
Pros:

Alles maar het ontbijt was de Max. Niet enkel het eten maar gewoon een ontbijtruimte met een view !!
Jairo was een top medewerker!! Vriendelijk, en de service top!!!

Cons:

1 receptioniste ( maandag 25 mei rond 13:45) deze persoon was zeer onaangenaam! Niet vriendelijk!
Het was de enigste want voor de rest waren alle personeelsleden zeer vriendelijk.

Great location. Great breakfast. Great power shower.
Pros:

The location is excellent. Lovely breakfast room with great views. Great breakfast and lots of choice for different food tastes. Comforable bed and clean bathroom with nice towels and the best big power shower.

Cons:

The bed linen was nice but they used sheets instead of a duvet cover. I think a duvet cover would have been better.

Cómodo, limpio, súper buen trato a los 3, 2 humanos y 1 familiar perro.
Pros:

Muy cómoda la cama, todo muy limpio, súper amables y atentas todas las recepcionistas. Nos pusieron una cama y un comedero-bebedero para el perro. El desayuno espectacular!! Súper buen trato.

Nada. Todo nos gustó.

Perfekter Mädels Städtetrip
Pros:

Tolle Lage für einen Städtetrip in Madrid, alles fussläufig zu erreichen! Trotz der zentralen Lage nicht zu laut zum schlafen. Sehr zuvorkommendes und hilfsbereites Personal. Leckeres Frühstück in schöner Atmosphäre.

Pros:

Die Lage im Zentrum ist ideal. Die Umgebung und sehr viele Einrichtungen sind problemlos zu Fuß erreichbar.

Cons:

Es ist zu sehen, dass das Hotel in die Jahre gekommen ist. In dieser Preisklasse hatten wir schon bessere Hotels.
