Overnight stay with a view.
Pros:

Location near the reclaimed land park and the seafront and mainland view with Gunung Jerai in the distance. Gunung Jerai is an important navigation point of the sailing days going through the Straits of Malacca.
The bed and pillow was very comfortable.

Cons:

Not enough time to explore the park.

Cons:

While I fully support environmentally friendly initiatives and reducing plastic waste, I believe there is a line that should not be crossed in a 5-star hotel experience. Providing only filtered tap water in the room instead of mineral water was extremely disappointing.

There are environmentally responsible alternatives, such as reusable glass bottles filled with mineral water, so this does not need to involve single-use plastic bottles. Some guests, including myself, do not feel comfortable drinking filtered tap water, as there is no way to verify whether the filter is functioning properly or whether it has been replaced regularly.

Because of this, I had to buy mineral water from the supermarket every day during my stay, which is not something I would expect after paying for a 5-star hotel. Overall, this significantly affected my experience and was very disappointing.
