Pros:

Spotlessly clean, very comfortable for a family to stay. Hotel was a little further from the main tourist attractions but easy to get a Grab. A small mall attached made it easy to get the necessities from the convenience store.

Pros:

Good location along Gurney Drive.
Big room with convenient kitchenette
Nice fitness centre

Cons:

Room's cleanliness could be enhanced.
Toilet and shower not very clean.
Soundproofing quite poor - you could hear a lot of noises from adjacent units

A lovely home away from home.
Pros:

The gym was marvellous and the room is so spacious. The housekeeping is also very caring. We were very well taken care of.

Excellent for a short getaway

Pas au niveau, expérience moyenne
Pros:

L’emplacement face a la mer, la piscine et la petite salle de sport, la vue de la salle de bain.

Cons:

Mauvais wifi, pas de smart tv et très peu de chaînes, pas de décoration ou couleur, canapé sans coussins (pas du tout comme sur la photo) et très inconfortable. Room service : les plats sur la carte n’étaient pas disponibles et après 1 h d’attente, pas bon et servis sans couverts et sans serviette (du coup nous n’avons jamais recommandé 😂) À l’arrivée, très compliqué pour la place de parking et nous devions venir tous les jours. Les premiers jours, il manquait toujours quelque chose dans la chambre, comme les serviettes, et nous devions demander. Puis ils ont réglé ça mais le ménage était sommaire et il n’y a pas d’aspirateur, je vous laisse imaginer l’état du tapis après 2 semaines, c’est très propre à l’arrivée mais après c’est sommaire. En résumé, rien ne fonctionne correctement, à part leurs photos. En fait, ça ne vaut pas du tout 5 étoiles, nous aurions été plus indulgent si l’hôtel était classé 4 étoiles. Réservez uniquement si c’est une bonne promo, ça ne mérite pas le prix fort.
