Disappointing
Pros:

The receptionist who accommodated me was very friendly and even upgraded me to a family room so I was very pleased with that. The staff in general were pleasant.

Cons:

While i was upgraded to a family room from deluxe. I was surprised that there’s no water yet in the room. You have to take the empty jar and fill it yourself. While i don’t mind that concept since i’m all for sustainability, it would’ve been nice if they already filled it up before the guest arrives. The desk chair was very uncomfortable because the cushion is already hollow. Like pwede naman na siguro palitan yung mga sira nang furniture. It was disappointing, knowing that this is already their best room.

I barely slept because I woke up so many times because you can literally hear other guests in the hallway. They sound drunk and just really noisy.

Because i barely slept, i wasnt able to wake up for the breakfast buffet and i requested for an extension to my checkout, but was told there will be an additional 1k pesos fee for a hour extension. I know it’s protocol but that was just flat cold and unhelpful.

Lastly, because i wasn’t able to eat breakfast, I ordered coffee and tuna sandwich from their bar while waiting for the check out process. The sandwich took forever to arrive, my coffee was already cold. And guess what’s there when it arrived? A maggot! A fat, live, crawling maggot!!

I already informed them of this, send the video for escalation. But all they could do was say sorry.

I booked here (due to a high score and because of proximity to my workplace, for a me time after work as a busy, tired mom, only to experience this. Sad.
