A wonderful and memorable holiday
Pros:

The hotel is lovely. The staff looked after me and my partner really well.

Rica , John, Maria and Marco of the breakfast buffet are very accommodating and made sure We enjoyed our mornings :)

The housekeeping kept our room tidy everyday. There are loads of restaurant nearby that offer tasty food.

We enjoyed the sunset and sunrise everyday which we can see straight from our hotel room.

The Hotel had relaxing sun beds and good facilities like the gym, tennis court, indoor pool, sauna and steam room that We enjoyed :)

We enjoyed our overall stay.

We had a lovely short break but wouldn’t go back to the same hotel or resort area.
Pros:

Hotel was nice and in large grounds almost like its own resort.

Right on the beach. Sun beds for hotel guests to use with free towel use.

Breakfast had everything you would expect of a 5* hotel. You can sit outside for breakfast on the terrace.

Cons:

Only had a couple of restaurants to cater for the large hotel. You had to book these. We didn’t on our first night and was asked to come back within 30 mins which we did and the queue was big again. We went to the restaurant next door and were ignored so we walked out.

We booked an elegant park view room which was nice however when you looked out from the balcony there was no park to be seen just concrete. Room 567.

The prices for drinks and food were on the
high side be prepared for that. We didn’t scrimp but thought they were a bit spenny.

Grounds were lovely, pool was nice, not ideal for couples who want a relaxing break.

The sun beds on the beach you can use for free if you are a hotel guest, however it should be noted that it’s not a private beach and others have public access to it which makes it somewhat crowded. I’m guessing they also use the hotel facilities too as there is no security to stop this. Beach and water botg lovely.

Extremely Overpriced and Disappointing
Pros:

Massively Overpriced - Poor Quality - No Value for Platinum Elite

At **£550 per night**, this hotel was around **£350 per night more expensive than I believe it was worth**. Despite the high price, they charge an additional **€20 per day for parking** and even **€5 extra for fresh orange juice** at breakfast.

The breakfast was disappointing, the **entire pool area** was tired and unattractive, and many of the outdoor areas looked old, tatty and poorly maintained. While the beach has beautiful views, it was almost impossible to find available sunbeds.

The **front office staff were disappointing** and seemed very reluctant to honour Marriott Bonvoy Platinum Elite benefits, particularly room upgrades. We were initially given a "sea-view" room that overlooked another building. After lengthy discussions, we were shown another room, but it offered little improvement, and we spent a considerable amount of time going round in circles before eventually returning to our original room. Even late checkout required discussion, and despite our Platinum status we were only offered **3 p.m. rather than 4 p.m.** Before booking, the Marriott app showed upgraded room categories as available, making the whole experience even more frustrating.

The only real positives were the friendly housekeeping and bar staff. Overall, this hotel felt tired, low quality and vastly overpriced. It is simply not worth the price they charge.

Pros:

was disappointed with my stay. The hotel advertises a private beach, but the beach was not actually private, which was misleading and one of the main reasons I booked this property.

The service was also inconsistent. Some staff members were rude, and on several occasions requested services were not delivered. Overall, the experience did not match the expectations set by the hotel’s advertising. I hope the management addresses these issues to provide a more honest and reliable experience for future guests.

Not really a 5* hotel
Pros:

A large spacious hotel. Attractive decor. Super views of sea in one direction, but looking over another unattractive part of hotel in other direction.
Bed was comfortable. No noise from adjoining rooms.
Copious breakfast with friendly and efficient staff. Food in hotel restaurants was also good.

Taxi booked through booking was efficient and good value.

Cons:

For a 5* hotel a welcome drink and fruit in room should be provided.
The bar was lacking in ambience. There should be some live entertainment in evening.
The outside pool was very small for a hotel of this standing.
Whilst most of the hotel staff were good, the beach towel attendants were unfriendly to the point of rudeness.
