Hotel Il Pino

An excellent destination, perfectly located between Positano and Amalfi. The hotel was spotless and offered every comfort we needed. The rooms were beautiful and comfortable, while the pool overlooking Positano was simply breathtaking.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and always willing to help with any request. A special mention goes to the restaurant, which served outstanding food and offered truly wonderful hospitality, making our stay even more memorable. (Specially the old man)!

Everything about our stay at Hotel Il Pino was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcomed and taken care of.

A huge shoutout to Rosa and Mario at the front desk—they are truly the heart of this hotel. They were some of the friendliest people we've ever met and went above and beyond throughout our stay. Whether it was arranging transportation, helping with restaurant reservations, or offering local recommendations, they made every part of our trip effortless.

We also have to mention Andrea, the bartender by the pool, who made every afternoon so much fun. His cocktails were fantastic (and definitely strong!), and his playful personality made relaxing by the pool even more enjoyable.
The hotel itself is a gem—quaint, peaceful, and incredibly charming, while still being close to all the lively energy of the Amalfi Coast. If you're looking for a place that feels authentic, relaxing, and filled with genuinely kind people, Hotel Il Pino is it.

The staff here exceeded all expectations. Rosa, Mario & Andreas handled any request with kindness and efficiency. The pool is the perfect way to end the day. We absolutely loved it here!

Everything - the view, the pool, the location. Everything was perfect. There isn’t an accessible beach that’s close by so highly recommend having a place with a pool. The reception stay (specifically Rosa and the gentleman who works at night sorry I can’t remember his name) were exceptional. The breakfast was lovely. The rooms had everything you needed. Thank you for a fantastic stay.

Fantastic location, the views and sunsets were spectacular. Great facilities, lovely staff and the best restaurant Praiano!

The hotel is located on the main street so easy access to buses and taxis. The staff were incredibly helpful for any requests from restaurants, to bus time tables.

Rosa and all the staff were incredible. The location is in a perfect location. Easily accessible and so accommodating for children. We all loved our stay here.

From the moment I arrived at Hotel Il Pino, I knew I had picked the perfect place to stay on the Amalfi Coast. The views are absolutely breathtaking. Having your own private balcony overlooking the coastline is something I’ll never forget…Ifound myself stepping outside multiple times a day just to admire the scenery in disbelief.

My room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The pool is another highlight of the hotel. With panoramic views of the Amalfi Coast, it’s the perfect place to cool off, relax, and soak in the incredible scenery after a day of exploring. Every morning, the breakfast was the perfect way to start the day, with a great selection and beautiful views to enjoy while eating.

What truly sets this hotel apart is the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely wanted to make sure I had the best possible experience. As someone who plans every detail of my trips, I emailed the hotel several times before arriving, and they were always quick to respond with helpful advice.

One piece of advice for future guests: let the hotel help you! Transportation was by far the biggest logistical challenge of my Amalfi Coast trip, and the staff arranged reliable drivers and provided excellent recommendations that made everything so much easier. They can also help organize a fantastic boat tour, making it easy to experience the coastline from the water. They really can take care of everything you need during your visit.

I also loved staying in Praiano. It’s much quieter and more relaxing than Positano or Amalfi while still offering incredible views, wonderful restaurants (including the hotel’s own restaurant), charming local shops, and plenty of scenic walks…just be prepared for lots of stairs!

I absolutely loved my stay at Hotel Il Pino and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. If you’re looking for stunning views, exceptional service, a beautiful pool, and a peaceful base for exploring the Amalfi Coast, this hotel is an easy recommendation.
