Pros:

The entire staff were helpful, friendly, accommodating and went beyond to make 4 Americans feel very welcome in Helsinki. Breakfast was very good. Lots of choices and plenty of room.

Cons:

Can't think of anything. We just aren't used to European showers 😀

Funky hotel in central Helsinki
Pros:

very comfortable bed, nice spacious shower, great design in the hotel. Its really close to heaps of good food options as well as the markets, there is also a k-market across the esplanade park which is the best supermarket in all of Scandinavia. We were able to walk to one ferry terminal and catch a tram easily for the other.

Cons:

the room doesn't have a mini fridge which is noted in the description but would be something that would improve the stay. The luggage storage is self-serve cages and people were having a lot of difficulty getting the locks to work including ours which jammed shut, when they came to unlock it for us they didnt do any checks that it was our suitcase. Probably just being paranoid but it made me not want to deal with the hassle again to leave luggage on the last day.

Muy buen hotel
Pros:

Nuestra estadía fue muy agradable, el hotel está en una muy buena ubicación, cerca de las principales atracciones. El personal fue muy amable y dispuesto a ayudar. Nuestra habitación era amplia, bien equipada y estaba en buenas condiciones. Nuestra parte favorita fue el desayuno tipo buffet, con variadas opciones y de alta calidad. Quedamos muy conformes con nuestra estadía.

Cons:

Hubo un día que no nos hicieron la habitación.

Fantastic stay & spacious room near the City Centre.
Pros:

Hotel is situated near the Ferry Port and very close to the Old City Centre, both within walking distance.
