Понравилось фактически всё. Завтрак и ужин великолепны. Всё очень вкусно и разнообразно. Жаль что всё не удалось попробовать. После этого днём уже обедать не нужно. Очень хорошее отношение персонала. Отличный бассейн. Хороший удобный номер. У месторасположения есть недостаток, что не рядом с морем, но он компенсируется тем, что рядом проходит автобус который едет на коралловый пляж. Просто дойти до моря тоже относительно не далеко, отличный бассейн внутри отеля. И рядом огромный торговый современный центр с ледовым катком внутри.

Cons:

Это конечно мелочь, но стоит обратить внимание. Обычно в отелях в душе есть мыло и шампунь, у вас только мыло. И ещё на рецепшене не было ни одного сотрудника говорящего на русском.

חייבת לפרגן מכל הלב למלון אגמים. חווינו חוויה ברמה אחרת לגמרי.

השירות שם היה פשוט יוצא דופן.
כל בקשה שלנו טופלה מיד, תמיד בחיוך, תמיד בתחושה אמיתית שרוצים לעזור, לפנק, לדייק את הפתרון ולוודא שאנחנו באמת מרוצים.

יש שם מנהלת בשם הדס, שהיא סיפור בפני עצמו.
היא פשוט יצאה מגדרה כדי שנרגיש טוב. לא רק “אורחים בבית מלון”, אלא ממש בבית. עם יחס אישי, חום, אכפתיות וירידה לפרטים שקשה מאוד למצוא היום.

התחושה במקום אינטימית, נעימה ומוקפדת.
הכל בטוב טעם, הכל נגיש, הכל מחושב עד הפרט הקטן — מהאווירה, דרך השירות ועד הארוחות המפנקות.

זה מסוג המקומות שלא רק ישנים בהם — אלא
מרגישים שמישהו באמת חשב על החוויה שלך.

מי שלא היה שם — חייב להגיע!
רק קחו בחשבון שאחרי חוויה כזאת, כל מלון אחר עלול להרגיש כמו “הרעת תנאים” 😊

Pros:

Chambre spacieuse, propre, bien équipée avec vue sur la piscine qui est top. Petit déjeuné varie et excellent avec possibilité de le prendre en terrasse.

Cons:

Le coffre fort ne marchait pas.

Pros:

The breakfast was amazing! Lovely grounds, all clean and immaculate. Housekeeping staff were incredible and folded/tidied everything! Totally crazy.

Cons:

If you book via booking, you get the rooms in the ugliest corner of the property facing a wall rather than lush vegetation. Very disappointing!
