ארוחות בוקר וערב, אוכל בשפע וטעים

Cons:

בהגעה נותנים דף מידע על שעות פתיחה של הבריכה, חדר האוכל וכו'. השעות שמפורסמות באתר שלהם, לא תואמות את דף המידע שנתנו וזה יוצר בלבול.
הבר בבריכה לא עובד! רק אחרי תלונות של אנשים, פתחו לרבע שעה.
חדר משחקים לילדים: טענו שבשיפוץ ולא עובד. יום למחרת כשעברנו ליד ראינו שפתחו, שוב בגלל תלונות של אנשים. בפועל, זה חדרון קטן שמתאים לפעוטות בלבד

Chambres spatieuses et confortables. Très belle piscine mais horaires inadaptés pour des vacances.

la qualité de la chambre, calme, spatieuse et la literie très confortable
Le pesonnel a la reception à notre arrivée, très à l'écoute.
Le petit déjeuner très bien aussi

Cons:

Les horaires de la piscine, complètement inadaptés aux vacances. Ouvre très tard le matin et ferme très tot. On ne peut pas en profiter lorsqu'on prévoit de passer une journée à l'exterieur. Le matin, l'ouverture à 10h ne permet pas de faire quelques longueurs avant de partir, et la fermeture à 18h ne permet pas d'y faire un plongeon en rentrant.
De plus, la propreté des toilettes à la pisine laisse à désirer. Déjà sales à 10h du matin alors que la piscine vient d'ouvrir. Très dommage car la piscine est de grande qualité.

Slechte service en geen WiFi. Wel fijne locatie
Pros:

De kamers waren echt goed. Ontbijt was heel uitgebreid, maar op zondag beperkter dan Maandag. OV bus voor de deur en ruime parkeergelegenheid.

Cons:

Het was geen goedkoop hotel. Wifi werkte niet. Ook niet een beetje Na escalatie met manager nog geen oplossing. Komen met alternatieven die ons geld kosten. Ontbijt was heel uitgebreid. Maar geen vers gesneden fruit. Brood was niet echt lekker.
Service zeker niet met een smile. Er werd vroeg in de ochtend op de deur geklopt door personeel. Geen oprechte excuses.
2 dagen gelogeerd. Beide dagen receptie personeel on ingewerkt en alleen achter de balie zonder mogelijkheid om collega om hulp te vragen. Bij uitchecken zelfs "ik zie dat er een bedrag open staat van omgerekend 70 eur. Ze kon niet zeggen waarvoor. Hebben we niet hoeven betalen, maar was echt niet service gericht.
Parkeergarage is meer een soort ruïne. Maar niet eentje waar je in wil parkeren.
Zwembad sluit al om 18 uur!

В номере все 5 дней не работал Netflix и интернет TV, потому что были проблемы со связью. Говорили что чинят, но мы так и не дождались.

Pros:

צוות מאוד אדיב !! בחדר אוכל מאוד דאגו לנו, החדרים בסדר
הבריכה מאוד נקיה ונעימה
מבאס שזה מ10:00 בבוקר

קצת מרוחק מהכל , היינו עם רכב אבל זה משמעותי אם בלי
דבר נוסף - רשום שיש אמבטיה ומיבש- בבירור מול המלון ואין את זה בשום חדר
שווה לקחת בחשבון עם ילדים שצריכים אמבטיה

הלובי היה מלוכלך מאוד, הבריכה הייתה קרה מאוד, המלון די רחוק מהכל. הארוחת בוקר לא היה מגוון יותר, הצוות של הארוחת בוקר מיד בא ולקח את האוכל משהו שלא אהבתי. הריח בכניסה לחדר האוכל פחות מזמין. לא אגיע למלון שוב
