L’hôtel, vétuste et mal rénové, souffre d’une climatisation défaillante et de salles de bain frôlant l’insalubrité. Il a clairement fait son temps et mériterait une rénovation complète.

Hotel bien placé pour la plage mais alors pour trouver l’entrée de l’hôtel bonne chance à vous et bon courage on a mit 1h à trouver, et il faut savoir que l’hôtel n’est pas fait pour les personnes handicapées ou des familles avec poussettes car il y a des escaliers de partout (piscine, sortie d’hôtel…) c’est clairement un hôtel pour les jeunes. La piscine est minuscule. Premier jour ils ne m’avais pas mis de lit bébé alors que dès la réservation j’ai demandé à en avoir un et ils m’ont confirmer que c’était ok. La salle de bain est minuscule. Et Le Room service ne fonctionne 1 jour sur 2 on ne sait pas pourquoi un jour ils nous disent oui un jour nous refuse le room service. Conclusion hôtel pas terrible, si vous êtes avec des enfants allez ailleurs pas ici.

Perfect location and beautiful rooftop view
The bar downstairs is never opened. The hotel could be MUCH cleaner for the value, there was dirt and stains on the hallway carpets. The cleaners would begin room cleaning early each morning and make an exceptional amount of noise in the hallway - banging carts, vacuuming, coughing/hacking/spitting loudly. Noise travels through the rooms as well. The air conditioner stops halfway through the night. There was mold on the grout in the bathroom/bathtub area. A dirty bandaid (not mine) was found attached to the curtains as soon as I walked into the room. The large bed is actually two twins pushed together, making it incredibly uncomfortable in the middle. The front desk staff were fine but I was almost overcharged by 1000NIS at check in and thankfully I caught it. For the amount I paid for 6 nights I was expecting a much higher level of cleanliness, comfort, and professionalism. All pictures seem to be enhanced by AI. Disappointed.
Location near the Gordon Pool and beach. The breakfast more than makes up for things; really exceptional.
It is in an old structure that just looks awful. Views from the room are nothing but ugly. If you come in at what you might think is the correct level from the park to the north, you have to drag your bags down 2 flights of stairs after finding someone to tell you the entry is all the way down; no nearby elevator. SIMPLE SIGNAGE WOULD BE NICE AND JUST BASIC COMMON SENSE.
