With all of the things in our room, that was not good or stay was not comfortable

The first floor room smelled musty
The floor was damp
The water pressure in the bathroom was terribly low
The hot water Spicket handle came off in our hand
The toilet seat had been repaired with silicone instead of being replaced
It was missing one of the sheer curtains
The plug to the clock was broken so we had no clock
The bathroom door dragged the floor in two places
The blackout curtains did not seal against the wall, so it let lots of light in

We were initially assigned a room on the second floor. As soon as we got off the elevator, we noticed a very unpleasant smell. When we entered the room, we found mold on the ceiling, and the room had a strong musty odor.

We immediately went to the front desk, and the receptionist moved us to another room. We appreciate the staff member for helping us quickly. However, even in the new room, we were unable to relax.

The bathroom was in poor condition, with bubbling and peeling paint caused by moisture. The air conditioner had a strong musty smell, so we did not feel comfortable using it.

The biggest issue was the mold, the unpleasant odors, and the overall condition of the hotel. We came here to rest, but unfortunately left very disappointed. This hotel urgently needs proper mold remediation and major renovations. Until these issues are addressed, we cannot recommend staying here.

The air in one of our rooms were cool and the location was good.

Cons:

Pillows were stained, Smell of wet dog or mildew in some rooms. We had to move our daughter to another room because it was so bad. The motor on the jacuzzi kept running all day with no water, making a loud noise. The power went out then numerous lights flashed for hours. The website said that the pool was closed but we found out when checking out that it has been open the whole time. Some light switches turn off the light but it also turns off the plug outlet. Refused to issue a credit

over-all it was a good stay.
Pros:

Bed was comfortable, Hotel was quiet, staff was great, and over-all experience was good.
Breakfast provided was very good with a nice selection of items to choose from.

Cons:

The room needed some updates: furniture a bit worn, rust on some bathroom fixtures and carpet had a couple of worn spots.
