I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient. I would definitely stay here again.
I wish I had a balcony

I highly recommend staying here. The staff is attentive, the noise level is basically minimal, and it's a convenient location that's close to public transit (BART, Muni buses, or ride-share if you prefer) to take you where ever you want to go. It's also right next to Chinatown. There's a free water station that's readily available and reusable glassware that is provided in each room to fill it up. Additionally, this place is perfect for personal and business travel.
I normally do not submit reviews, but my experiences staying here have always been outstanding. It's hard to choose another hotel to stay at than this one, unless you really want free breakfast; you can't miss with the cleanliness and quality that the Orchard Garden Hotel staff ensures they provide.
Wonderful hotel with excellent staff in a very convenient location. Nice breakfast in the restaurant. Staff were friendly and helpful especially Steve at the front desk.

Todo fue increíble. Las habitaciones son grandes, tienes todo lo necesario, camas cómodas y muy limpias. El personal fue correcto. La ubicación es perfecta, al lado de China Town y a poco más de 20 minutos andando de Embarcadero.

L’emplacement pour visiter San Francisco est très bien, à l’entrée du quartier chinois, pas loin du quartier des affaires, … et malgré cela, c’est une rue très tranquille.
Transport en commun au coin de la rue (tram, bus).
L’isolation entre les chambres, comme avec l’extérieur est très bonne.
