We loved our stay
Pros:

Location was good room was very good very central

Cons:

There was no car park we had to walk with luggage for about 8 minutes from the car park to hotel even though it did say garage but 8 minutes away staff didn’t seem happy

degelijk hotel maar beperkte luxe
Pros:

ontbijt was uitgebreid en kwaliteitsvol
Personeel was professioneel maar niet zo vriendelijk zoals in vele andere hotels waar ik al heb verbleven
Goed gelegen zeer centraal in de binnenstad met veel restaurants en winkels op enkele minuten wandelen

Cons:

Douche had een laag debiet bij afname warm water
Kamer is in een oud herenhuis, dus wel wat charme, maar minder luxueus dan verwacht
Blijkt een typisch ding in Oostenrijk/Graz, maar kamers worden slechts gepoetst op aanvraag

Er war etwas zu kurz.
Cons:

Das Zimmer war sehr klein und dunkel. Es gab keine Möglichkeit die Handtücher aufzuhängen.

Great location, very nice staff, great breakfest, cozy room with comfortable bed.

Cons:

Information about parking was imprecise. Parking available few hundred meters away from hotel, or if I'm lucku spot at the street is not what I was expecting when I was searching room with parking available.

Our stay was behind our expectations and at the it felt like we were staying in a palace.

Komfortabler Aufenthalt in der Altstadt von Graz
Pros:

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen und komfortabel eingerichtet, das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Alles war top, lediglich das Quietschen des alten Parkett-Bodens bei jedem Schritt hat einzelne Familienmitglieder gestört.

Großartiges Zimmer, jedoch hatten wir das teuerste Zimmer in diesem Hotel gebucht.

Cons:

Kaffeekapseln am Zimmer sind nicht lieferbar gewesen, was aber kein Problem darstellte.
