אנחנו לקחות קבועים של ישרוטל, וגם של ים סוף אבל קרה משהו השירות היה גרוע החדר מתחת לכל ביקורת ניקיון גועל נפש פעם אחרונה שאנחנו מגיעים למלון הזה !!!!!

את הארוחת בוקר הייתי רוצה יותר גיוון
שאתה סוגר כמה ימים אז בבוקר אתה רוצה לראות גיוון קצת. אבל עדיין טעים מאוד

Very nice hotel , beachfront clised to Almog beach: crystal clear water .The staff especially Elad and Goldy were professional and kind .They upgraded us by earlier check-in and a gift card by check- out .
The pillows
ארוחת הבוקר מצוינת הכול טרי, מגוון, נקי ובשפע, והצוות דואג כל הזמן לחידוש המנות, וזה בהחלט ראוי להערכה.
יחד עם זאת, התאכזבנו לגלות שאין כלל חלב 1% או חלב דל לקטוז, דבר שמקשה במיוחד על אורחים הרגישים ללקטוז (כמו אשתי).
ביום שישי בבוקר היה רעש חזק בחדר האוכל, דבר שפגע בחוויית הישיבה וההנאה מארוחת הבוקר.
סביבת הבריכה מטופחת מאוד ונעימה לשהייה, וניכר כי מושקעת בה תחזוקה רבה.
יחד עם זאת, ישנה כמות גדולה של זבובים באזור, דבר שפוגע משמעותית בנוחות וביכולת ליהנות מהשהייה במקום.
השהייה בבית המלון היתה טובה, החדרים מרווחים והבידור בערב שישי היה מעולה
ביום הראשון להגעתנו גילינו שלא היה סבון רחצה במקלחת. הצוות התנצל בכנות, ודאג לזכות אותנו ב 15% לשהייה של הלילה הראשון
צוות מקסים ועוזר.
חדר אוכל- רועש!!! מציעה לייחד אגף ממנו ל"מבוגרים בלבד"
וניתן לוותר על הנגן - שאמנם מנגן יפה מאוד אבל כאמור עם כל הרעש וההמולה- המוזיקה ממש לא מוסיפה...
Красивое лоби, услужливый персонал на ресепшене, чистый бассейн, завтрак обильный, вкусные торты, свежий хлеб, свежие яйца в разнообразных вариантах, много овощей.
Живая музыка скрашивала завтрак и пребывание в бассейне
Далеко от центра города, большие трудности со стоянкой, комнаты расположены таким образом, что к ним нужно идти по по жаре и солнцу. Давно не было ремонта.

הייתם מקבלים ציון 10,במידה ולא היה מפריעים לי בשינה.
לא סביר שהקב"ט איגור יעיר אותי בשעה 6:00 בבוקר לומר שאני חוסם רכב.
ירדתי בבהילות לחניה , לא דובים ולא יער. אפילו לא הזתתי את הרכב.
פשוט מאכזב ולא יאה. ממש לא לעניין.
The staff is nice except for one person that had no patience. The breakfast is fine but the coffee machine does not work on Saturdays
