מלון מקסים. נותן תמורה מלאה לתשלום. חוף צמוד מעולה. ארוחת בוקר טובה.

Cons:

התמונה בבוקינג של החדר כוללת מרפסת. בפועל מסתבר שלא והיינו צריכים לשדרג כדי לקבל חדר עם מרפסת.

Enjoyable clean and well kept facilities. Pool area and lounges delightful. Would stay again but need quieter rooms
Pros:

Clean, room with balcony nice and there are lovely pools, delicious good food. Great diving centre on site.

Cons:

Noisy as rooms not insulated so had difficulty sleeping from banging doors ( need to put on slow close mechanisms) and noisy people next door also above and below . Front desk staff sometimes unfriendly.
Pool closes far too early as lifeguard off duty at 5. Sun shines until 9 so wasted hours when you could be swimming ….

Cons:

We were very disappointed with our stay. We had a Booking.com reservation issue and simply needed the hotel to cancel the reservation so we could make a new booking for the same hotel. Unfortunately, Yana and Monika were not willing to help or offer any solution, which made the situation much more stressful
The check-in process was confusing. We were first told we had to wait until 6:00 PM, but a minute later we received a different answer. Better communication with guests would make a big difference

מקום נקי מסודר צוות חלקם מקצועיים בת מלון עצמו נותן ערך מכבד לשבת לקראת שבת היה אוכל טעים בשונה מהרגיל זה היה תענוג

קודם כל חנייה אין מספיק ואין סדר גם אם יש פעם באים לאנשים בצורה לא מכובדת
במהלך שבוע בימים רגילים האוכל פחות טוב

שישנן רמות בסוגי החדרים שמזמינים. שימו לה מה הזמנתם ומה קיבלתם . בתמונה חדר מעולה אך ללא נוף. ועדיין קיבלנו תמורה למה ששילמנו
