Они у меня сняли депозит в размере 5858 юань почему не понятно прошло уже 2 недели на карту деньги не поступили на связь не выходят

Очень уютно, чисто и красиво в отеле.
Прекрасный бассейн, спа.
Тихо. Сотрудники очень приятные , стараются помочь по любому вопросу.

Cons:

Сняли оплату за 1 сутки проживания за день до заселения помимо депозита.
Но при разговоре эти деньги были возвращены мне.
Депозит возвратили после выселения.

Sapevo che in Cina raramente trovi personale che parla inglese, però non mi aspettavo che in una struttura come questa non fossero in grado di parlarlo nè di capirlo. Anche parlando tramite google traduttore (italiano-cinese) è stato difficile comunicare.

Great Location!
Pros:

4 Star hotel. Great Location which is close to Bund and shopping. We were on a tour for 3 days in Shanghai. Great amenities with a bar and restaurant upstairs. All the staff was courteous and professional. We will definitely visit again on a short visit.

Breakfast was good with a variety of things to choose from. Location was walking distance to the Bund and the mall.

Although many staff spoke some English it was often somewhat difficult to communicate.

Номер чистый, тихий, , после косметического ремонта. Вокруг отеля стройка, но с закрытыми окнами ничего не слышно.Есть звукоизоляция между номерами, звуки из коридора очень приглушенные. До метро минут 7. В баре хороший кофе. Быстрая регистрация и выезд. Хорошие бассейн и спа зона. Можно заказать еду в номер, приносят достаточно быстро. Приветливый персонал.
