Pros:

The hotel staff were amazing. In particular, the receptionist who helped us on arrival (June 17th, afternoon) and throughout our stay (until the 20th) was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. The hot tub was a nice bonus and the free breakfast / coffee in the mornings were great.

Not a great stay. Would have done the trick for the little time I was there if front desk was profic
Pros:

Breakfast was below average. But for the price I guess would be ok. Rooms and location are good.

Cons:

The front desk lady couldn't figure out because I came in at past midnight the computer system. Took over a half hour to figure out everything. I booked thru a third party. Couldn't find the booking. Then when she got everything sorted after telling me to "give me a minute" she tried to charge me twice on my credit card. Told me it didn't go thru, when it in fact did. I was baffled. She tried to asser herself and tell me to do it again. She was beyond poor at her job with little to no apology I could remember. It was absurd. She recognized that she made a mistake and hit cash instead of credit card I guess on her system, but after such a long wait and her being on the telephone the whole time it was a terrible experience.

Pleasant and efficient staff, easy and quick check in and check out. Clean and spacious room. Plenty of parking. Close to a number of shops and restautants. Decent breakfast choices. Large size non-removable toiletries in the shower. NO cleaning or prepping sounds early in the morning - I actually could sleep in despite being on ground floor.

Cons:

While breakfast seemed to have variety, the meat option was not replenished after 9:30 am (breakfast goes till 10 am and I was there around 9:33 am). While the hotel has large size non-removable toiletries, these bottles need to be checked regularly - the shower gel bottle was COMPLETELY EMPTY (luckily I had a little bottle of my own). The gym room pictures on Booking.com are misleading. A treadmil (cannot use due to ankle injury), an eliptical (no likes) and a sort of 360° resistance machine.are all crammed in a tiny space. I tried the 360°, but there was no space for me to use most lf the options properly. Also, the 360° did not have ANY directions on how to safely use it, which os a problem for novice users.

Will stay here next time we are in Lethbridge.
Pros:

Check-in was easy and quick. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Breakfast had protein options (eggs & sausages) which is important to us.
