Bed was comfortable. Room was standard
I asked if we could check in 30 minutes early and they said that even though the room could be ready that they would need a $40 fee to even ask the staff about having the room done before 3pm. I said we would just be dropping bags off to go to a wedding at 3 and what would the chances be the room would be ready without asking for priority and I was informed any check in before 3pm meant a $40 fee. This is the first I've ever experienced this and it seemed very aggressive to charge such a high amount for such a close early check in.
The breakfast wasn't great. Minimal choices compared to most hotels offering breakfasts that I've experienced at this price point.

Excellent central location with easy access from Hwy 3. Centrally located on the south side - walking distance to many restaurants, Starbucks, etc. Costco nearby. Newer hotel - good value - great for a quick overnight. Room very clean and quiet. A/C worked well and was quiet. Easy plentiful parking.
Breakfast a little disappointing. Dining area very small and unfortunately super loud with some HVAC system components in the breakfast dining area (not noticeable in guest rooms). Coffee (machine) not good.

This was a small hotel and the room was good. It was easy to navigate and the breakfast was reasonable for the price. The staff were very friendly. It was also nice and close to some stores and restaurants.
Not much was to dislike.
