Highly recommend. Reasonably priced. Good facilities
Pros:

Great hotel. Location is just outside the main centre but uber and a free shuttle in the evenings works well

Mom's 90th Birthday Celebration
Pros:

We celebrated mom's 90th Birthday buffet lunch at Fire and Ice on 24th May 2026. The dining area was private and beautifully decorated. The mains was very good with a large variety as was the fresh salads. The deserts was lovely - a large variety of delicious cupcakes fresh fruit, and the best was the malva pudding served with custard. Thank you for a beautiful memorable day.

Amazing times were had..
Pros:

Everything from the venue, the staff, the presentation and food, especially the food was so so good. The deserts &cakes especially the malva pudding was unbelievable. I would definitely book the venue for future events..

Pros:

Staff were amazing, especially the one that did the check-in. I was also given an upgrade as a member.
Room was nice and cozy and overall hotel ambience was great.

Room cleaning and attention to detail can be improved.

Disappointing
Pros:

Nice pool and gym.

Cons:

Bedroom upholstery was like cheap dog blanket material. Rooms were not cleaned by 2pm, as late as 3pm - not nice when you return from a day's outing. Ordered a coffee at the bar but gave up after a half hour no-show. Room service was appalling; I waited more than an hour for a burger (after being told 20 minutes) and calls to check on progress were disconnected.

The hotel is beautiful and the staff is friendly and the bar man was keeping us entertained
