The breakfast was wonderful. So many choices and everything was Dey. My room was spotless and the bathroom was large but

My room was lovely, clean and plenty of towels and conveniences.

Cons:

Location was a bit of a walk to Old town and tourist sites.

We will definitely come back again.
Pros:

Our stay was wonderful.
The staff was empathetic, attentive, and truly caring. In the room next to ours, there was a lovely baby who cried throughout the night, making it difficult to sleep. The team handled the situation professionally and without any hesitation moved us to an excellent alternative room.

The breakfast was outstanding, rich, and varied.
The location is perfect.

We will definitely come back again.

Cons:

5 yıldıza göre vasat bir otel, temizlik yok, odalar ve yataklar konforlu değil, hizmet seviyesi çok düşük. Klima çalışmıyor dedik çözüm de bulunamadı, cok da ugraşılmadı bile vs.

Tramway hattının önünde oldugu icin çok gürültülüydü-yan oda öksürse duyuluyordu.

Great hotel in a great location near to everything
Pros:

Location was excellent. Hotel was elegant, old and newly renovated. The room was very nice and the bathroom too. All very good. And I liked that they did not renew the towels every day. Good for the environment.

Cons:

One day they forgot to do any service. I was working in the room most of the day. I had to remind them. That was it.
