Overall, we were extremely pleased with our stay and would definitely choose this hotel again on our next visit to Tokyo
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and were very happy with our experience. The hotel was beautiful, clean, and comfortable, and the staff were extremely friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay. Everyone was always smiling and willing to assist us whenever we needed anything, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

One of the things we really appreciated was the complimentary coffee service. The coffee was very good, and it was a lovely extra touch to be able to enjoy it during our stay. Our room was cleaned and organized regularly and was always kept very neat and comfortable. We also really liked the amenities provided in the room. The REF products were a particularly nice touch, and we were very satisfied with their quality.

The location was absolutely fantastic. Being right in the Ginza area made everything so convenient, especially when it came to transportation, shopping, restaurants, and exploring Tokyo. We have stayed at another hotel in Ginza before, so we had something to compare it with, and we honestly found this hotel to be much better in terms of location, price-performance, and overall experience.

La ubicación en el barrio de Ginza es estupenda. El desayuno está bien

Cons:

Good choice for tourists
Pros:

It is in a good location walking distance from restaurants. It was almost the only one offering the option to have 3 adults and one child in one room, it made the room even smaller but we made it work. I loved the 24h laundry service.

Cons:

Only one staff spoke English. Some of the restaurant staff weren’t very nice. The room super tiny but I think that’s normal for Tokyo.

Localización excelente, instalaciones limpias, tiene una pequeña zona para descansar al lado de la recepción con café y té, hay zona de lavandería y un peso para las maletas (muy necesario y útil). También tienen agua y hielo en las plantas del hotel. El secador del cuarto es de dyson.

Cons:

A nuestra llegada fueron poco amables aunque correctos, el resto de la estancia sin problemas. La lavandería es un poco cara comparada con otros hoteles en los que estuvimos.

מיקום נהדר מצד אחד שקט וכשיוצאים מהמלון לכל כיוון שצועדים מגיעים למרכז, לחנויות, למטרו. צוות נחמד, אדיב ותמיד עוזר. קיימת פינת מים, תה וקפה חופשיים, ניקיון, מברשת שיניים, כובע רחצה, סבונים, משחת שיניים, מסיכות לפנים הכל חופשי
