Family in room above us, kids were loud walking running around early in tgd morning anc at night, country inn should put families w/ kids in first floor rooms to reduce noise complaints.

Our schedule only allowed for a one night stay, but would have been happy to spend multiple nights.
Pros:

Attractively set back from Rt 1. Quiet. Conveniently close to Camden and Rockland.
A very decent breakfast with a later than usual checkout. Our room, at least, was very recently renovated and was immaculately clean; also larger than the typical rooms at that price point (though I do not know if that was exceptional for this hotel).

Cons:

The building’s exterior is undergoing a refacing and the presence of materials and machines is a bit of an eyesore. However, this will all soon be gone and it had no negative effect on our comfort level.

Location was perfect for my daughter's wedding weekend. Breakfast was really great and dining area was wonderful. Fire pit in the evening was a a wonderful space to gather with lots of Adirondack chairs to gaze up at the stars & moon. The Inn was so practical for our small gathering to celebrate my daughter & new son in law!!!

Cons:

I recently sprained my knee and was using crutches. Originally I booked a room on second floor but when I called they switched me to first floor. Only because the elevator was out of service! But, grateful they accommodated me so I could get around easier!!!

Great stay
Pros:

This inn is perfect, great location, clean, personnel super nice. And the breakfast… is amazing! Tasty choices, and they provided their own maple syrup.

Cons:

The water pressure in the room was too low, but other than that the stay was simply perfect.
