I chose the hotel as a cheaper lodging option for a conference I was attending at a nearby hotel. The location is central and they stocked Nespresso coffee and a Nespresso machine which was a pleasant surprise
My main complaint was the level of noise proofing. I’m not very noise sensitive, but from my 5th floor window I was still bothered by the level of city noise and how well I could hear the people in neighboring rooms. My queen bed room was well sized for a solo traveler but might be cramped for more than one

La camera con due letti matrimoniali consente a malapena di stare in 4 nella stanza e soprattutto non c’è spazio per le valigie. La porta scorrevole del bagno non chiude completamente e quindi lascia uno spiraglio importante che annulla completamente la privacy con gli altri ospiti della stanza. La doccia ha un sistema veramente ambiguo per far uscire l’acqua calda e c’erano solo 3 asciugamani per 4 persone. Le camere non sono mai state rifatte durante il soggiorno. Infine per concludere, il deposito (500 euro per due stanze per 2 notti) mi è stato sbloccato soltanto un mese dopo. 1 MESE. Non hanno mai risposto ad una mail o ad un messaggio su booking per avere informazioni a riguardo.

Bed was hard, AC was over the top loud. Didn’t love what comes along with being in downtown SD.
Beautiful rooms but very small barely enough room to move. Bathroom was tiny tiny!
Staff and location to go places. Even though they are pet friendly they have no relief station for dogs. You must cross a busy street and have your dog relieve themselves in spots no bigger than 2x4 feet. There are also lots of homeless around and did feel
like it was safe for my mother who was 84 could walk her dog safely to the relief area across the street. So I did.
The newly opened restaurant on the ground floor was wonderful! Great food and very accommodating for food allergies.
First night the A/C did not work but they came and fixed it immediately.

It’s clear the staff takes great pride in maintaining a clean and comfortable environment for guests. This attention to detail made my stay relaxing and worry‑free. I appreciate the high standards and would gladly return.
