Pros:

The staff was friendly and very helpful, especially Elly and Jose. It was a very peaceful and tranquil stay in the heart of the city. The bed was really comfortable and the rooms were very clean and beautiful. It is more like a 5 star hotel without the 5 star price. The water pressure was strong with nice hot showers if you want. Huge old wooden doors that cover the windows, could be shut to block out street light and noise. The continental breakfast was nice with fresh seasonal fruit.

Cons:

There is nothing that I did not like.

Vivir Puebla en toda su historia y belleza
Pros:

Estar en la Casa es en sí una experiencia única. Es una construcción muy bella, antigua con una gran historia. Caminar por sus corredores, subir sus escaleras, mirar cada detalle es um privilegio. Podría decir que es una obra de arte.

Cons:

No tuve ningún problema, por el contrario tuve muchas atenciones. Disfruté mucho mi estancia.

Posizione impagabile al centro. La struttura è storica e bellissima. Colazione ottima. Ho molto apprezzato anche i prodotti per il bagno rituals di ottima qualità. Camera arredata con gusto. Colazione abbondante e deliziosa.

Cons:

La mattina avevamo qualche problema con le tubature del bagno. Ci hanno detto che può capitare.

Ubicación y arquitectura. Muy bonita la casa, el patio y las plantitas.

Cons:

Las luces de la habitación. El botón de off no permitía conectar ninguna luz ni siquiera un cargador de móvil. La alcachofa de la ducha completamente errática. El agua salía disparada en todas direcciones, imposible ducharse con calma.

El trato del personal, no pude ni hospedarme lamento por que iba con el propósito de conocer el lugar, pero no están capacitados los chicos que me atendieron, no hubo empatia hacia mi persona ni a mi familia, mala experiencia espero que mejoren

Tolles Hotel mit individuell gestalteten Zimmern. Großzügige Zimmer, bequemes Kingsize-Bett, blitzsauberes Badezimmer, Duschbad/Schampoo von Rituals. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Kostenlose Parkmöglichkeit in der Tiefgarage nebenan. Gute Lage.

La casona de la China Poblana fue una gran decisión!
Pros:

La Suite muy espaciosa y bien diseñada, mobiliario, decoración y limpieza excelentes, el desayuno en un área exclusiva para huéspedes excelente, servicio rápido y trato muy dedicado. Además, la barra de autoservicio de café y te muy cómoda y bien puesta. La ubicación de la casona inmejorable!

Cons:

No encuentro nada que siquiera causara molestia, incomodidad o pensar en que podría ser mejorable; la verdad felicidades, excelente nuestra estancia!

Toda la instalación, la temática la historia que tiene el hotel. Los detalles en las habitaciones son muy bellos y el personal muy amable! La ubicación perfecta!

Cons:

Tuvimos un incidente con el minisplit de la habitación que dejaba de funcionar y nos hacía sentir acalorados y cada 10 min ( porque tomamos el tiempo) había que volver a intentar encender, nos tocó hacerlo muchas veces
