Petite escapade tranquille
Pros:

J’ai passé un excellent séjour au Pullman Plateau d’Abidjan.

L’hôtel est magnifique, élégant et très bien entretenu. J’ai particulièrement apprécié le professionnalisme, la gentillesse et la disponibilité de tout le personnel, qui a contribué à rendre mon séjour des plus agréables.

Le cadre est superbe, offrant une atmosphère à la fois raffinée et apaisante.

Seul petit bémol : la piscine était en travaux durant mon séjour. C’est dommage, car j’aurais aimé pouvoir en profiter. Malgré cela, cette expérience reste très positive et je recommande cet hôtel sans hésitation.

Très bel établissement propre et confortable, magnifiquement situé avec un belle sur la Lagune.

My first room was comfortable and met everything I wished but

Très décevant !
Cons:

Réservation pour un hôtel avec une chambre et balcon, et c’est seulement la veille de l’arrivée que j’apprends que j’aurai une chambre plus petite et sans balcon!
De plus piscine inaccessible, en travaux! Et depuis longtemps !
Donc inadmissible de ne pas avoir eues ces infos, bien avant!!
Il y a tromperie ! Je n’attends pas de payer moins cher ! Je veux des services en rentrant d’une grosse journée de travail et me détendre.
Prévenu avant, il est évident que j’aurais choisi un autre hôtel, là j’ai été mis devant le fait accompli… puisque déjà parti pour la destination quand j’ai été prévenu …je me voyais mal annuler et me retrouver sans logement.
Pratiques douteuses, et surtout gros défauts de services…c’est évident!
