NOT 5 star hotel. Expensive 4 star with several key gaps.
Pros:

They were helpful in modifying my booking from 2 nights to one night with late checkout. They were welcoming when i arrived.

Cons:

Internet (wifi) was not working on my level (9), staff disturbed me several times in my room. Restaurant could not put the bill on my room credit i have signed the restaurant bill, and they came running after me, and eventually knocked on my door to pay.
I was disturbed another 2-3 times in my room. Check in took too long. After check in, my suitcase was left behind, i had to call reception to find it and send it. Minibar was empty.

The staff at the reception at night were not helpful and you need to chase your requests yourself. I had payment issues both for the room and the restaurant. I was charged twice and after 1 week I am still not refunded.

L’hôtel est très bien mais le manque de communication nous aurait permis de mieux nous organisé.
Pros:

La cadre magnifique vu sur la lagune , la gentillesse du personnel.

Cons:

La piscine était fermée pour travaux aucune information sur le sujet (pas de travaux depuis notre arrivée la piscine était juste couverte d’une bâche )´ Le spa était ouvert mais ni le sauna et hamman disponible cela nous à déçus.

Le meilleur séjour avec ma fille et Accueil chaleureux et service impeccable
Pros:

J’ai passé l’un des meilleurs séjours au sein du Pullman avec ma fille. Tout était parfait du début à la fin !
Le personnel était adorable, toujours souriant et attentionné. Un grand merci également à Mr Melvin et tout le personnel de l’hôtel pour leur gentillesse, leur professionnalisme incroyable et tous les privilèges qu’il nous ont accordés durant notre séjour.
Nous nous sommes senties vraiment accueillies et à l’aise, et mon bébé était super bien également. Merci encore pour cette magnifique expérience, nous repartirons avec de très beaux souvenirs
