Pros:

J’ai passé un séjour incroyable.
L’équipe était aux petits soins.
Je souhaite remercier Evrard (pardon pour l’orthographe du prénom) et son collègue du premier soir à la réception. Ils ont toujours eu un une délicate attention tous les jours quand je suis passée. Un accueil totalement personnalisé à chaque fois. C’est appréciable…
Je tiens à remercier également :
Flora et Latt du room service pour le service, les conseils sur le menu et le cocktail délicieux réalisé avec soin.
Wilson Jean-Yves aussi le stagiaire qui s’est occupé de nous lors du brunch du dimanche. Il a été aux petits soins.
Le super housekeeper du soir, très sympathique.
Je remercie également le coach de la salle de sport pour sa motivation.
La chambre était aussi très confortable. Le nettoyage était régulier et la literie de qualité.
Mon séjour a été des plus agréables, merci à l’équipe. Je reviendrai.

Cons:

Le buffet … du choix mais un poil décevant en terme de goût . Cependant on finit par trouver son bonheur.

Dommage que cet hôte tombe en ruine
Pros:

La vue, le personnel du brunch sympathique et proactif

Cons:

La piscine était en travaux ce n’était pas dit dan son offre, la télévision ne fonctionnait pas ainsi que le wifi. Les installations sont vétustes. Les plaintes ont été reçues au desk mais aucune solutions n’a été proposée.

Wifi was unstable in my room, pool was not working.
For airport transfer we were suggested to pay per passenger! which would resulted in double price basically. Such an "offer" was unexpceted ).

En revanche, l’hôtel souffre d’un important manque d’entretien qui n’est pas à la hauteur du standing et des tarifs pratiqués. L’établissement mériterait une rénovation complète. J’ai notamment constaté la chute d’un morceau de plafond à proximité d’une employée, ce qui soulève des questions de sécurité. Par ailleurs, une forte odeur d’humidité est présente dans certains couloirs, au point d’être incommodante.

C’est d’autant plus regrettable que la qualité humaine du personnel est exceptionnelle. Avec des travaux de rénovation à la hauteur de son image, cet hôtel pourrait offrir une expérience bien meilleure.

Cons:

Le point fort de cet établissement est sans aucun doute son personnel. Toutes les équipes rencontrées ont été accueillantes, chaleureuses, professionnelles et particulièrement attentionnées. Leur disponibilité et leur sens du service compensent autant que possible les difficultés rencontrées durant le séjour. Ils méritent d’être félicités pour leur engagement et leur compréhension face aux remarques des clients.
