Amazing stay, everything we wanted in a hotel a
Pros:

Our room 438 was lovely and overlooking the square. Bath and shower, 2 toilets. Loved the apartment feel about it. Everything we could want. Location great too. Next to the shopping centre and 5 mins to train station. An easy few minute walk to the main square.

Cons:

There was a problem the main shower cubicle as there was a small gap in the door therefore it flooded the floor. Luckily there was also a hand held shower in the bath. Breakfast was ok but not very warm

Second time staying here and looking forward to our third…
Pros:

Our stay met our expectations. It was a great stay. We stayed there about 3 years ago and loved it. When we decided to revisit Krakow it was our first choice. Everything about the hotel was wonderful. We are long time Hilton Diamond, but would not think about staying anywhere but here during our stay. Breakfast exceptional, staff exceptional, facilities exceptional. Bar exceptional. Everyone of the staff from the front desk, restaurant and bar staff exceptional. One night the bar was closed for a special event. We wanted a cocktail after exploring Old Town. One of the servers of the event allowed us to get our cocktail. The front desk arranged for us to get transportation to the airport since we had an early AM flight. The driver came at 3 AM and got us there on time. A nice feature was if you did not need your room cleaned you puta bag on your door in the morning. When you return there is a nice treat in the bag. What a nice touch! We highly recommend this hotel. It is very convenient to Old Town, great restaurants and a large mall across the square.

Super location but no other value. Loved krakow!

Cons:

The price was outrageous which bothers me. I could have cancelled my reservation and paid half by rebooking . We had to come a day before and thought we should stay at your hotel for ease if joining the group. . . There was nothing wrong by but was way too expensive for us tourists.
