Good hotel with great location; pick a suite room if available
Pros:

The hotel is right next to the train station and a 10-minute walk from the city center. Our city-facing deluxe room on the 5th floor was rather small but clean and quiet. Breakfast was good; not amazing, but the cakes and pastries were excellent. The shopping mall next door is a great advantage. The staff was kind and helpful.

Cons:

The room didn't feel very airy due to its small size and small window. We asked for an upgrade to a suite room, but unfortunately, there was no availability.

Perfect location
Pros:

Modern, clean and comfortable. Excellent bathroom and beds. Fantastic location, next to large shopping mall and station/ buses/trams, 10 min walk to old town. Very quiet as well.

Cons:

Nothing I can think of.

מלון עם חדרים נוחים.

המיקום מושלם!!

Cons:

המים במקלחת חמים אך הזרם חלש. כדאי להגביר את לחץ המים.
כמו כן המזגן לא היה חזק. היו ימים חמים והמזגן לא קירר כמו שצריך. לקחנו 2 חדרים עם דלת מקשרת ולעומת זאת המזגן בחדר השני היה מצוין. קירר היטב.

Готель чудовий, розташований в самому зручному місці, все дуже близько - залізничний вокзал Краків головний, великий торговельний центр і площа ринок. Зручніше, мені здається, і бути не може! Номер був чудовий, чистий, достатньо великий, сніданок- шведська лінія, багато їжі, все смачно, щедро і на будь-який смак, заселення відбулося швидко, навіть незважаючи на те, що я не знаю польської і англійської, тільки українська, але це не завдало проблем, на рецепції співробітники намагалися максимально зробити все, щоб ми зрозуміли один одного, при виселенні без проблем дозволили залишити в готелі речі до самого потягу, номер прибирали кожного дня, жодних нарікань- все ідеально!

Жодних нарікань! Все дуже сподобалось! Поганого не було нічого!
