The shuttle was very convenient. Staff was awesome. They sang to our baby for her first birthday.
The air-condition in our room didnt work. Luckily it was still in April and it wasnt hot but its hard to get comfortable while breastfeeding in the middle of the night with no air-conditioning.
Tv wasnt working.
Light fixtures were bent and not well maintained. There were a bunch of different hangers in the closet that were obviously left by multiple different guests. You can tell they dont maintain the rooms. Sadness.

Zimmer laut, jedes mal wenn der Nachbar un der Nacht auf Toilette geht steht man im Bett weil die Wasserrohre bzw der Zulauf sehr laut sind. . Frühstück ist reichhaltig aber Massenware ohne hohe Qualität.

Getränke (Bier) aus Plastikbechern!
La habitación en tamaño y la estructura general del hotel ok
La habitación tiene mucho ruido a los desagotes de agua de todas las habitaciones, muy molesto.
Muy buen gusto en la decoración . La zona de piscinas es espectacular.
El personal no habla español. En la recepción es difícil comunicarse por momentos.
La TV es modelo antiguo y no hay acceso a Netflix ni otras plataformas.
