-Cancelation for the whole booking must be done 8 weeks in advance. Cancelation of just 1 room can be done 24 hours prior to arrival.
- Names of all guests and their room allotment must be provided 1 month before arrival and no later than 2 weeks before arrival.
- A deposit of 25 % is required within 4 weeks of booking.

Due to the Covid-19 restrictions numbers are limited in the wet areas; ie. swimming pool, of the Health & Fitness club therefore guests must pre-book times in advance to guarantee use of this. The club can be contacted directly on 028 3752 7952This property might host on-site functions, so noise may be audible in some rooms.

Overall it was good . Food was excellent and staff were all lovely . I would go back .

Close to the venue we were attending and the city in general

Cons:

There was no staff at the pool so we didn’t realise there were no towels and had to go back to the room for a shower . The jacuzzi was empty . We hadn’t been told it was closing for Renovations . Was also hard to get a drink at the bar .

Great Hotel
Pros:

I stayed here for a couple of nights during the week with a family member. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean and we both had two great nights sleep in the comfortable beds. I couldn't fault the food at breakfast or dinner either, we both really enjoyed our meal(s). Would definitely recommend staying here if you are looking somewhere to stay in Armagh in a very convenient location.

Enjoyable Overnight stay
Pros:

The food was good staff were friendly a really nice bar area all done in dark wood with a large outside terrace .the cooked breakfast was amazing thick bacon and a good selection .

Cons:

No locks in the changing rooms for the pool bring your own required not mentioned on the website or i missed it when I booked the changing room is dated as is the pool area it's self floor around the pool very slippery. I did speak to a local man and he said it's all going to get refurbished which would be brilliant to see happen .

Pros:

Very good value for money. Service excellent throughout.

Cons:

One tiny small thing was that we were role we could use the pool and having got changed and into the pool we were told we shouldn't be there as there were children swimming lessons on. No big deal, just a miscommunication. Otherwise the hotel is lovely and very good value for money.

Great hotel for short stay.
Pros:

Extra large comfy bed, spacious room. Great shower. All perfectly clean.

Un excellent emplacement
Pros:

Le personnel de l’hôtel globalement est très accueillant et bienveillant, notre chambre était propre et confortable. L’emplacement de l’hôtel permet d’accéder facilement à pied au centre ville d’Armagh. Le parking est très grand et sécurisé.

Cons:

Le personnel de la piscine est impoli (ne prend pas la peine de répondre quand on lui adresse un bonjour). Les vestiaires sont délabrés, les bords de la piscine en fin de journée ne sont pas propres et l’eau est trouble.
Nous avons aussi eu très chaud dans la chambre car le chauffage au sol fonctionnait bien que les températures extérieures soient assez élevées pour l’Irlande en ce mois de juin.
