Nothing , it was lovely as were the reception staff .
Very clean and friendly staff.
Breakfast was cold and no early breakfast served for very early check out.
Location, decor, food
Nothing
The rooms were very well presented and lovely and clean. The breakfast was amazing, best breakfast had in while. Did not have evening meal, so unable to comment on that. Overall, our stay was perfect
Just everything about it was 1st class
Liked everything
Great location as a base for forest park, gardens and marina short drives away
Jacuzzi out of order but we weren’t told in advance. As it was a min and tues there was nowhere in the city to eat or get a coffee after 4pm
Central location - ideal for attending a show in the Theatre. Ample parking. Staff very accommodating. Food in the bar delicious and reasonably priced.
Food was ok, nothing extra ordinary. No cold meat buffet at breakfast., Windows very dirty in bedroom.
Reception staff very unhelpful, apart from one younger person, they had no name badges so cannot name them. I asked for a hard copy of details of the hotel but i was just told scan the code, which as a senior citizen with a not modern phone, i could not do. Also they did not even know that the spa was closed for holidays, i was told to go down and knock on the door. The elder lady at reception was quite rude about this. I asked for bus times to Belfast and was told to look them up myself. Overall very poor reflection to give any customer, they were not even busy when I asked for the info.
Staff great, room and spa lovely, location great and food was amazing
The warmest hotel room ive ever stayed in. Couldn't sleep it was so warm. We had to soak towels in cold water to cool down. No thermostat to control room heat. I was told the next day fans were available if I had asked...
