Please note, the Cancelation policy for bookings of 5 rooms or more is as follows:
-Cancelation for the whole booking must be done 8 weeks in advance. Cancelation of just 1 room can be done 24 hours prior to arrival.
- Names of all guests and their room allotment must be provided 1 month before arrival and no later than 2 weeks before arrival.
- A deposit of 25 % is required within 4 weeks of booking.

Due to the Covid-19 restrictions numbers are limited in the wet areas; ie. swimming pool, of the Health & Fitness club therefore guests must pre-book times in advance to guarantee use of this. The club can be contacted directly on 028 3752 7952This property might host on-site functions, so noise may be audible in some rooms.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Pros:

Everything was just right from staff to the bedroom. Reception girls very nice too ..

Cons:

The outside area (around bar)where sitting is could do with a good clean up and pick the weeds out .

Enjoyable stay!!
Pros:

The hotel is well situated, and is lovely. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful, as were the girls in the Callan bar. It was great having the swimming pool as well with the sauna and jacuzzi.

Great Hotel well worth a visit
Pros:

Location was excellent, the rooms were clean and beds very comfortable, the quality and quantity of the food both for breakfast and dinner was excellent

Cons:

The only issue I had was a certain barman blanked me 3 times despite serving customers I was standing beside, 3 times he ignored me even tho the bar was quiet when I approached the bar. Then he eventually had the audacity to ask me was I getting sorted after another member of staff served me. “ my response to him was Eventually “
He needs to brush up on his customer service skills. Every other member of staff in the hotel were welcoming and friendly.

Pros:

We had a very lovely stay at the hotel. Unfortunately, there was no hot water in our room, but the staff handled everything quickly and kindly and gave us another room straight away.

We were celebrating our son’s Confirmation, and the card and cookies left for him were such a thoughtful touch — they made him so happy!

The food was also absolutely delicious and we really enjoyed every meal during our stay.

We really appreciated the excellent service and warm atmosphere throughout our stay.

Jacuzzi not working. Which was disappointing as I was looking forward to using it due to back pain. Unable to fit us in for dinner in our first night as restaurant was busy.
