Please note, the Cancelation policy for bookings of 5 rooms or more is as follows:
-Cancelation for the whole booking must be done 8 weeks in advance. Cancelation of just 1 room can be done 24 hours prior to arrival.
- Names of all guests and their room allotment must be provided 1 month before arrival and no later than 2 weeks before arrival.
- A deposit of 25 % is required within 4 weeks of booking.

Due to the Covid-19 restrictions numbers are limited in the wet areas; ie. swimming pool, of the Health & Fitness club therefore guests must pre-book times in advance to guarantee use of this. The club can be contacted directly on 028 3752 7952This property might host on-site functions, so noise may be audible in some rooms.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Wouldn’t be my first choice in the area.
Pros:

The staff were friendly and the location worked well for us.

Cons:

The room was hot even though the outside temp was mid teens. The second night we kept the window open even though the traffic was loud. The first night was incredibly loud with other guests outside and slamming doors inside.

Pros:

Staff very nice! Bedroom excellent, nice biscuits left+ water station very good idea.

Cons:

Bathroom no air-conditioning, so very uncomfortable when using the shower.
Breakfast poor selection.

Pros:

Plenty of tea and coffee in room. Spotless throughout. Staff were amazing.
The home made granola at breakfast was simply amazing! I'd buy it if was for sale.

Cons:

Very low pressure in shower. Breakfast sausages were of poor quality.

Pros:

Everything was just right from staff to the bedroom. Reception girls very nice too ..

Cons:

The outside area (around bar)where sitting is could do with a good clean up and pick the weeds out .
