-Cancellation for the whole booking must be done 8 weeks in advance. Cancellation of just 1 room can be done 24 hours prior to arrival.
- Names of all guests and their room allotment must be provided 1 month before arrival and no later than 2 weeks before arrival.
- A deposit of 25 % is required within 4 weeks of booking.This property might host on-site functions, so noise may be audible in some rooms.

The staff were very helpful and with my highest regard for them all.
The room was an improvement from my last visit. It was good to have a walkin shower instead of having to climb over a bath to get a shower.
The food was good.
The cafe at reception was a shambles, inexperienced young staff who were clearly unsupervised and lacking in customer service. A guy asked for a takeaway coffee and was given a table number and told to sit down and wait, half an hour later he got a takeaway coffee.
Staff in the bar/restaurant standing around and leaving people waiting at the entrance to be seated when there were plenty of seats available. Again lack of supervision.
Prices of rooms and food are extortionate, considering Armagh is a small town with very little to do, its not Dublin or London
The staff here were exceptional. To be honest, it's the first time in a long time that I've felt the famous Irish welcome provided by staff anywhere in Ireland. The staff were very friendly, and the food was really good!
11 am checkout. It's just a bit too early! We like to enjoy breakfast, then go back to your room and relax a bit before you leave. There's nowhere really to go for entertainment in the area, but that's not the hotel's fault.

Hotel was busy, really good atmosphere and bar food was lovely.
However service to place order was very slow.
Our room window 206, had no seal along top so it was quite drafty and alot of carpark noise in room.
Cobwebs also in corner of room and ceiling.

Staff friendly and welcoming, very helpful. Bar, reception and restaurant lovely. Rooms lovely, comfy beds.
Pool was not clean, no towels at reception, jacuzzi not working. Changing areas not clean, showers not all working. No shampoo.

Only negative was the jacuzzi being out of order and not being advised at check in
Staff were helpful and polite at both front desk, in the restaurant for my evening dinner and also the next morning for breakfast. The girls who work housekeeping were friendly as well.
I can’t say there was anything I didn’t like
Breakfast was truly amazing , the granola was out of this world , the best I have ever tasted. Full English breakfast was clean cooked , fresh , just perfect. The staff were very helpful. Easy to find, and plenty of parking. We will be returning within the next few months! The room was amazing, fresh clean and very relaxing and spacious. Thank you.
