We recommend this accomodation for a short or long stay.
Pros:

Great location. We enjoyed walking all around the area and the food and coffee shops. The front desk staff were excellent and helped us with any question we had. Super value for a comfy stay!

Won’t be back.
Pros:

Staff were friendly. Bed was comfortable. Convenient location. Felt safe. Good price but I’d rather pay a bit extra and stay somewhere else next time.

Cons:

Checked in at 2pm. Given room key but cleaner was still cleaning the room. We ended up back at reception for another 30mins till it was done. Staff were really good to us during this process. However, room must have been rushed. Mugs had coffee and lip stains. Bath looked half clean. Paid for harbour view, it was a partial and mostly obstructed. Felt more like a city view. Paid for daily house cleaning. Not worth the extra. It was basic basic basic! I paid $50 for valet at Movenpick. $50 for a tight pokey self parking is crazy! No accessible parking on site. I wouldn’t recommended if you need accessible support or a wheelchair for anywhere around this accom. Rooms don’t seem to accommodate big people, tall people or people with disabilities. I work in Auckland almost weekly and only chose this place this week because the price seemed good for me to take my mum and son with me this time. I won’t stay here again. I’d rather pay a bit more and stay somewhere else more convenient, cleaner and gave me less anxiety. Heating unit also didn’t work. We had to have extra blankets and oil fin heaters requested to keep us warm.

Beautiful view from the balcony, loved how the shops were all close.

My partner and I enjoyed our stay and would like to come again soon.

Or live in auckland for a while.

Cons:

The toilet flush was weak. It had to be flushed multiple times for it to go down.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay.
