It was an exceptional stay as always!!
Pros:

We really like the atmosphere of the Amsterdam Inn & Suites!! All the staff are very friendly & helpful!! The furniture and the art work and decor is very calming & beautiful. The decor which is reflecting the Netherlands culture is lovely!!!

מלון מומלץ נעים ונוח
Pros:

מלון נחמד, נעים ושקט במיקום טוב. קרוב למסעדות ופארם. קרוב לכביש הראשי. החדרים גדולים ומרווחים, נקיים ונוחים. מאובזרים בכל מה שצריך. מקלחת טובה. הרבה מגבות טובות. מיטות וכריות נוחות. צוות שירותי. נציין במיוחד את vanessa שעזרה לנו והייתה מאד נחמדה ושירותית. יש במלון אפשרות לעשות כביסה .
אנחנו ממליצים על המלון הזה.

Cons:

ארוחת הבוקר הייתה מאד דלה.

יש וילונות החשכה אבל האור בוקע מהצדדים וזה יכול להפריע למי שמאד רגיש וזקוק להחשכה מוחלטת.

Wir können diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.
Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr zentral in Sussex, eine gute Ausgangslage für alle möglichen Aktivitäten. Einkauf und Verpflegungsmöglichkeiten in nächster Umgebung. Das Frühstücks-Angebot ist besser als in vielen anderen Unterkünften. Eine kleine Selbst-Bedienungsbar bei der Rezeption bietet gratis Getränke wie Tee und Kaffe rund um die Uhr.
Sehr gut ist, dass Haustiere willkommen sind, das hat uns sehr gefallen.

Cons:

Das Zimmer hatte nur ein Queen-Bett, ich finde für diesen Preis wäre man als Paar wirklich viel wohler in einem King Bed, das um einiges breiter ist.
Auch dürften die Tische im Frühstücks-und Aufenthaltsbereich ein bisschen öfter gewischt und gereinigt werden.
Es ist nicht sehr einladend, wenn sich noch klebrige Flecken von Marmelade und Brot-Krümmel auf den Tischen befinden.

Completely fine, but not memorable.
Pros:

The location was perfect - walking distance to some shops and food/restaurants. I liked that it was an external entrance so I didn't have to walk far to my car.

Cons:

The room was a bit damp/musty and the bathroom needs a bit of updating (the toilet was so low to the ground and the shower/tub was clean, but was clearly old and in need of an upgrade.

Really nice hotel, just beware of the stairs
Pros:

The two free electric cars charging stations right next to the hotel, really practical for people with EV! Beds were really comfortable too! Breakfast was really good!

Cons:

I didn’t know there was no elevator in this hotel and that our room would be on the second floor with a little staircase to climb with all our luggage! I might have overlooked the information in our booking, so it’s not necessarily their fault!

Exceptional staff
Pros:

My family and I unexpectedly found this hotel after the hotel we had originally booked double-booked our room. The front desk staff went above and beyond to make sure we were accommodated and comfortable. They truly saved our trip, and we were so grateful for their kindness and exceptional hospitality. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
