Not happy with their so called free shuttle service. Also not much was offered with the complimentary breakfast. Worst I

The pool wasn’t bad, and the room was good.

Cons:

They’re misleading free shuttle service!
Claiming they only send a shuttle every hour to airport which never came for us! Complimentary breakfast was a joke.

Love staying at the Rodeway Inn and will again.
Pros:

Easy check-in, great rooms, lovely pool, great attached (altho separate enterprise from the hotel) restaurant, and wonderful included breakfast as well as shuttle service to/from airport and cruise port.

Cons:

The price for the 2 rooms we booked was substantially more than it has been previously, and we've stayed here many, many times, for many, many cruises.

stay away, terrible
Pros:

Would give a zero rating if possible.
Stayed here over night (8hrs) just before our Princess cruise. Picked based on location and other reviews.
Hotel: run down, dirty, looks like its barely holding on.
Check-in: via kiosk and took more than half hour via a kiosk
Room: Ok, sheets and towels clean/ok, again needs refurbishing
Service: Terrible, not personable Shuttle: to cruise terminal was the worst, chaotic...we had reservations but on loading it seemed first come first serve, so after waiting our turn switched to reservations but now started loading folks from the later reservations not acknowledging the folks waiting and that they are running behind...communication/updates dismal.
if you want a Third World experience and that's your style, feel free to stay here.
We recommend looking elsewhere for a peaceful experience right before your cruise, otherwise this place totally ruins the vibe.

Pros:

I'm sorry but this place is pretty janky. First, the positives. The airport shuttle and port shuttle were nice. They also have a pretty good little restaurant in the hotel. The bathroom looks pretty nice.

This place is designed more like a motel with the doors opening to the outside. The curtains have holes in them. The furniture is really worn. The bathtub drained soooo slowly and almost overflowed while we took our showers. They over use nasty smelling air freshener to cover up musty odors. Their continental breakfast was VERY sparse.

This place was not cheap and I expected much more. I'm sorry but I can't recommend this place. I have to come back to Fort Lauderdale in January but won't be staying in.

Hands down, best Airport Cruise Port Hotel in Fort lauderdale
Pros:

We had a great stay before our cruise. If you're looking for a Fort Lauderdale airport hotel or a cruise port hotel near Port Everglades, this is an excellent choice. The room was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the free Wi-Fi worked perfectly throughout our stay.
The free airport shuttle made arriving from FLL easy, and the free cruise port shuttle to Port Everglades was convenient and on time, making our travel completely stress-free. The staff was friendly, the check-in process was quick, and everything was exactly as advertised.
We will definitely stay here again before our next cruise and would recommend this hotel to anyone needing a clean, convenient Fort Lauderdale airport and cruise port hotel with reliable shuttle service and excellent value.

Cons:

Staff was racist and stare. Appears to be a sundown town. Also uncharged an extra 160 that was not refunded on a day stay. We were only there for 5 hrs.

Cons:

So the employee behind the desk was not very friendly. You advertise on your monitors that we should ask the front desk for more information about the airboat and alligators. When I went to ask the girl, she said she didn’t know anything about it and it would be best to call the places specifically. If this is true, it shouldn’t be advertised to speak to the staff behind the desk for more information. Also, when I called for the shuttle bus from the airport, the same girl told me after I got my luggage to go straight and then take a right. I asked inside outside the airport. I’m not an experienced traveler. I had no idea that I was supposed to find a letter associated with the shuttle. So I was standing in the wrong place to receive the shuttle. She was not helpful at all. It was like she didn’t wanna be there.
