Lovely traditional hotel rather faded round the edges.
Pros:

Location was very central, two minutes from St Marks square, and staff were friendly .Breakfast was OK, Marco was lovely and greeted us with a glass prosecco on our late arrival.

Cons:

Bed was hard ,only one pillow each, had problems with the tv , no batteries in remote, and obviously hadn't been checked, the look of the hotel was tired , didn't mind the traditional feel, but bit shabby around the edges. Small foyer nowhere to sit apart from our room . No coffee / tea making facilities in room .

In my opinion Overpriced at 1,000 euros inc City Tax for 3 nights .
Pros:

Cons:

I was in room 201 toilet seat was broken still broken when i left i did inform cleaning staff, Shower and bath in serious need of an upgrade room was very dark Breakfast was ok although dining area is very small.
Make sure you have google maps it is easy to miss the entrance to the hotel

Had a great weekend in Venice. Excellent location but expensive for what it is.
Pros:

Location is excellent, easy to find and everything very clean. Breakfast was nice and the staff were very friendly.

Cons:

The room was small, the bathroom tiny to the point of having to be a contortionist to get in and out of the shower! Very expensive with hindsight for the facilities on offer…due to the film festival?

The best experience I have traveling out of the country. 100% recommended.
Pros:

The staff is amazing. I cannot compliment them enough . Every day every one of them did everything possible to make sure my stay was perfect. Joanne in particular deserves recognition. I am a senior solo traveler but I felt very protected and cared for. I felt almost like a family member.

Cons:

The location is perfect for going everywhere in Venice. The air conditioning was strong and really helped with the heat. The breakfast was also very good and started my day off great.

Pros:

We arrived bedraggled and exhausted, dragging luggage and 6 children through the twists and turns of Venice at 11 at night. Upon our arrival, Marco, the incredible man working the night desk, took it upon himself to find a restaurant to feed our children despite our protests that we could throw them some protein bars and wait until morning. He wouldn’t hear of it. He literally ran through the streets, then came back and collected us and escorted us to a restaurant that kept the kitchen open late just for us. The food was PHENOMENAL. If I could give Marco 20 stars I would.

Overall our stay was very pleasant and was very close to everything
Pros:

Location was perfect, we took a water taxi from the airport straight to the hotel Jetty.
Breakfast was on until 10am every morning which was handy after a late night.
The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable when asking for recommendations for restaurants away from the usual tourist spots.

Cons:

The shower over the bath is fine if you’re very small not so for a tall person

Great location, kind staff. It served us ok for this trip but would not stay here again.
Pros:

Location was superb. Central to everything. Minutes walk away from main square etc.

Cons:

Very old and in serious need of maintenance & repair. Moldy bathrooms, dirty stained toilet. Very small rooms, tiny breakfast area that seems misrepresented in hotel photos. They make it seem so much larger.
Uncomfortable beds. One single pillow that makes it hard for some of us to get a good night sleep. Hard to take a shower in the small bathroom. Maybe other people got a better room.
