Just stay in this amazing hotel!
Pros:

Excellent location near at the square of S. Marco! Excellent breakfast! Excellent staff especially Elena one of the kindest receptionist we ever had! The room was convenient and spacious!

Great location and wonderful customer service
Pros:

Absolutely wonderful location with its own dock (you can arrive directly without lugging luggage through town if you’d like). We got picked up directly from their dock when we left. Central to so much without being in the thick of the Rialto Bridge congestion. Staff were wonderful and friendly. Marco also gave us a restaurant recommendation which was great

Excellent location, staff and charm with a fun period dated room (modern though).
Pros:

Excellent staff. Great breakfast buffet. The location is very close to every major museum, church, and palace.
The room we were in was charming and goes with the old house.

Cons:

There was a minor repair issue that couldn’t be fixed in our short stay. There are mosquitoes so come prepared!

Gerne wieder.
Pros:

Die Lage ist gut. Wenige Schritte zum Teatro La Fenice, ca 7 Min. zum Marcus Platz und auch zur Academia Brücke.
Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Gute Restaurant Tips vom Personal.

Cons:

Das Rührei zum Frühstück ist aus dem Tetra Pack. Hier empfehle ich dem Hotel dieses lieber frisch zuzubereiten.
Sonst gute Auswahl für italienische Verhältnisse.

Would not be back to that hotel. Was not worth the money

The staff was great and the location

Cons:

The size of the room is very small. Couldn't move around with the luggage in the room. The bed was pushed up against the wall, so you had to climb over the person you were with. The bed was like laying on a piece of wood. There was only half a bathroom door, and you could not adjust the shower head. The breakfast was subpar, not worth the extra charge. You could not adjust the A/C even with the thermostat in the room. There was a restaurant manager working the reception desk at one point. He told us that he owns a restaurant down the road that we must go there to eat and no where else. Made us very uncomfortable.

Pros:

Struttura accogliente, tradizionale, pulita. Camera spaziosa e dotata di prodotti da bagno monouso e ciabattine. Buona colazione.
Staff super gentile e disponibile (complimenti ad Elena).
Posizione centralissima a pochi minuti di cammino da piazza san marco, rialto, teatro la fenice praticamente a due passi.
Prezzo adeguato.
Più che consigliato, ci torneremo di certo alla prossima occasione.

Pros:

Ottima la posizione dell'albergo, ottimi servizi, colazione a buffet abbondante e varia. Un grande complimento va alle ragazze della reception che hanno reso il nostro soggiorno molto piacevole: si sono dimostrate sempre disponibili per qualsiasi informazione/necessità con una professionalità e una gentilezza fuori dal comune!

Enjoyable stay. Good hotel.
Pros:

For a small hotel, it is very comfortable. The staff provided us with helpful information and helped us book dinner at a nearby restaurant. The breakfast was good and the coffee was excellent. Overall a very enjoyable stay.

Cons:

If they had a canal facing room that accommodated 4 people the stay would have been perfect.

A wonderful stay with a magical view!
Pros:

Everything about our stay was absolutely wonderful. We were pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade that overlooked the canal, which was a highlight of our trip and made us very happy.
The staff is incredibly kind and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The hotel is beautifully decorated with great attention to detail, and everything was very clean. The location is excellent, situated right in the center and close to all the main attractions.
We also enjoyed the breakfast. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!

“Ubicación perfecta y trato excelente”
Pros:

Me encantó la ubicación, perfecta para recorrer Venecia a pie y disfrutar de los lugares más emblemáticos sin necesidad de largos desplazamientos. Además, el personal fue excepcional: amable, atento y siempre dispuesto a ayudar, lo que hizo la estancia mucho más agradable.

Cons:

El comedor, que era bastante pequeño y solo contaba con unas cinco mesas. En horas punta resultaba un poco incómodo y limitado.
