Bott på hotellet många gånger. Alltid varit nöjd.
Pros:

Frukosten är riklig. Finns enklare frukost vid tidig avfärd. Luftigt och fint rum.

Delightful and efficient.
Pros:

Location is ideal. Couldn't be in a more convenient location. Staff were excellent. Hotel was superb. It felt like it was recently renovated. Everything looked perfect.

Pros:

Colazione a buffet ricca e internazionale, l'hotel si trova nel centro pedonale vicinissimo a ristoranti e negozi e al porto dove iniziano molte escursioni

Cons:

Che non avesse un ristorante interno anche per pranzo o cena; in Islanda i ristoranti chiudono abbastanza presto intorno alle 21, noi siamo arrivati tardi e abbiamo dovuto trovare in fretta un ristorante dove cenare prima che chiudessero

Good and pleasant stay despite unfriendly stuff
Pros:

Location of the hotel was amazing. Room was clean.

Stuff needs to be more friendly - they were borderline rude in the reception. Breakfast could improve too (no coffee machine)

However I would revisit because of the location

Great experience!
Pros:

This hotel has a great location. We could easily explore town by foot before our cruise departure. Hotel was also very helpful with securing a taxi to cruise port.

The staff that checked us in AND out were exceptional. The young man was gracious, funny, and helpful. He also recommended a restaurant we never would have found without him. I wish I knew his name.

Pros:

After I pushed to get a new room, it was quiet, and cool. The original room, was above the lobby, and due to how the speakers are placed in the ceiling, it meant 241b is a bit like a room next to a small nightclub.

The staff moved me on my 2nd request!

Cons:

Having to ask to move rooms and explain why multiple times.

Don’t stay anywhere else than Center Hotels in Iceland!
Pros:

Large bathroom with somewhere to put toiletries bag, towel racks & shower didn’t flood the bathroom. Most hotels in Iceland failed on all 3 of these. Large room with view of famous Reykjavik church. Great location in centre of city. Good facilities of fridge, iron & kettle. Friendly staff
