The staff was great and helpful.
The hotel has aged. Furniture, carpet, hallways, and the bathroom need an upgrade.
Location
Price tripled on weekend
A great staff a clean room a great location and a great restaurant and a great price!
The room could use some new paint!
Location
No breakfast included and restaurant changing a lot for breakfast
It was away from the city and quiet. The hot tub was perfectly hot after walking all day. The beds were so soft and comfortable, slept all night.
Walk way around the pool too dark
Ubicación y el personal de limpieza de habitaciones muy amable

The location was near where we needed to be; but upon heading into the room, we immediately got lost in the maze of the hotel layout! Upon walking in immediately could smell the strong cleaning chemicals mixed with cigarette smoke and unfiltered air. The carpets all throughout were ripped and stained. The room was horrible - one room smelled like urine, the other smelled like mildew. The furniture was completely worn, chipped, dusty and stained. The lighting made us feel like we were in jail; bulbs were out or old and dim. Our kids felt so uncomfortable being there. The bathroom had painted over mold (looks like black mold), dirty scuffed walls throughout, the AC unit was filthy. The window had no screens on them, and appears to be a safety hazard! We had to leave immediately due to the unsanitary conditions for our family who suffer from allergies and auto immune disorders. I personally began experiencing symptoms of water burning eyes and chest burning within 30m of being in the room! The manager on duty was not friendly, but the front desk person who helped us leave was decent with us. We had to request the refund through Hilton corporate as we felt like we were in a hostile situation, the guest service rep on the phone advised that we do the least amount of interacting based on their phone conversation with them. I recommend that this hotel be audited as a Honors member, it does not meet the standards of a Hilton property. No discount or special price is worth it to stay here.
The staff is very professional and polite
Curtain wasn’t working correctly
Free cookies and nice staff at the facility
Nothing
First room they gave us was way too small for a family of 4. It also came with only a shower, when our kids needed a bathtub. We changed rooms, thankfully. But this second room had an AC that sounded like a Harley, thin carpet over what felt like tile, and a bed that creaked horribly. Worst night’s sleep ever. For the price, I’d expect nicer accommodations. Room amenities were also different between the two rooms—different-size TV, no chairs in the second room, etc. also, not sure when the AC last had the filters replaced.
The room was perfect for what we needed. I would rather stay here and save money and spend that on my wine experiences.
NA
My name on the tv
This has to be the dirtiest and most run down hotel I have ever stayed in. The carpet is disgusting both in the hallways and the rooms. There are holes in the curtains, the furniture is beat up. Place is just filthy. No one in my family dares to walk barefoot. The whole place just has a horror movie vibe to it. Thank god we only had to be here one night for a soccer game. Not even going to use the shower.
Convenience to Napa Valley and Sonoma.
Facilities could use some general updating. However, very clean and fresh.
