10/10 confort de la literie, propreté de la chambre, personnel tres accueillant et tres bon service avant meme d'etre arrivé. Le service client whatsapp est tres bien, repond aux questions...
Grand parking sous terrain gratuit. Tres pratique. Il y a des bornes pour voitures electriques c'est vraiment super.

הבריכה.. חנייה חינם נוחה וצמודה.

Really lovely hotel with fabulous staff and extremely well situated for historic and religious sites.
Pros:

Location is great if you want to see the Old City and religious sites. It’s far out for museums but the light rail (train) is only 5 minutes walk away and it takes you everywhere across Jerusalem. Buy a Rav Kav card at central station and add money to it as you will use it on buses as well. As for the actual property it was stunning and spotless. Exceptional and extremely efficiently run. The staff are beyond helpful - especially Amira. She is a superstar.

Cons:

The pool opens late and closes early which meant we never got to use it as we were sightseeing during the day. It was disappointing as the main draw card for us had been the pool. Also if you are from UK you will need to source good strong tea - we bought teabags at a little shop just outside Damascus Gate that we know from previous visits. Having said that we will book here again.
