J’ai séjourné dans cet hôtel pour une nuit à la fin du mois de mai et l’expérience globale a été très décevante.

Dès l’arrivée, l’accueil a laissé une impression négative. Le temps d’attente à la réception a été extrêmement long, sans réelle organisation ni efficacité. Le personnel semblait dépassé, ce qui n’est pas acceptable pour un établissement hôtelier censé accueillir des clients dans de bonnes conditions.

Concernant la chambre, celle-ci était plutôt confortable au niveau du lit et de l’espace général. Cependant, le ménage laissait clairement à désirer : plusieurs éléments donnaient une impression de nettoyage insuffisant, ce qui a fortement impacté le sentiment de propreté et de bien-être attendu.

Le petit-déjeuner a été le point le plus problématique du séjour. La qualité des produits était très mauvaise.

Le pain semblait mal préparés, voire insuffisamment cuits, et étaient tout simplement immangeables. Les œufs servis étaient également de très mauvaise qualité, au point d’être impropres à la consommation. Pour un hôtel, ce niveau de prestation est particulièrement choquant et inacceptable.

Dans l’ensemble, malgré un potentiel correct au niveau de la chambre, l’organisation, la qualité des services et surtout la restauration ne sont absolument pas à la hauteur des attentes. Je ne recommande pas cet établissement et je n’y retournerai pas.

לא מאורגן כל כל קבלת הפנים לא אהבתי לא נתנו יחס כמו שצריך יש רעש בערב ובשעות הלילה שמענו כל מה שהיה בחדר שליד המזגאן והמקרר עשו גם רעש עד כדי שבאמצע הלילה התעוררתי מהרעש של המקרר
