Ci aspettavamo molto di più dalla camera
Pros:

Il palazzo in cui si trova questo albergo è storico e meraviglioso, tenuto benissimo, molto curato, veramente bellissimo.

Posizione ottima sia per raggiungere il centro storico a piedi che per usare l’auto.

Il personale molto molto gentile e di grandissimi aiuto e disponibilità.

La colazione veramente molto variegata e squisita: eccellente!

Piscina, SPA, resti romani, ambienti comuni di un bello e di un pulito ineguagliabili.

Cons:

Quando siamo arrivate ci è stato detto che eravamo in una camera e che avremmo potuto fare l’upgrade per la suite. Onestamente aggiungere 100 euro al prezzo di 260 euro a notte (in bassissima stagione) per la camera ci pareva davvero troppo e abbiamo rifiutato.

La stanza è veramente piccola o male organizzata per quello che è il prezzo: non so se sia un problema solo di quella stanza (203) o in generale, ma da un albergo tanto bello ci aspettavamo molto di più in termini di dimensioni della stanza.

Idem per il bagno: per ricavare spazio per la vasca, il bagno risulta davvero piccolo.

E la doccia a muro non è regolabile in direzione, quindi ci si ritrova col bagno allagato perché la porta della cabina doccia non è isolante.

Ci è piaciuto molto di più l’albergo della stessa catena a Granada.

Outstanding historic building - special place to stay
Pros:

The room we stayed in was magnificent - 16th century chapel with original paintings. Dinner was excellent with the amazing Roman mosaic beneath

Nice stay, good location.
Pros:

Interesting, historic. Great outdoor spaces for dining in the evening and around the pool. Food in the courtyard restaurant was very good.

Cons:

Our room was a bit dark and needed updating. Ceiling outside/near our room fell apart and was leaking. Breakfast was okay, not great.

We loved the experience, one or two details which we felt could have been improved.
Pros:

The whole experience went well.

Cons:

We had pre dinner drinks in the garden but found the staff uanable, or unwilling to re arrange the tables so that we could seat 4 of us in an amicable manner. The explanation was not logical at all.
The garden was not well lit at night to cross from the main buiding to our bedroom. Maybe sensor lights would help after dark. Small details but room for improvement.

Elegant hotel with exceptional service and a unique dining experience
Pros:

The staff were outstanding—professional, friendly, and very well trained, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The hotel itself is beautiful, both inside and out, with elegant architecture and design. The dining room is truly a highlight, offering a unique experience with Roman ruins visible beneath a glass floor. Breakfast was very good, and the bar is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy excellent tapas in a pleasant atmosphere.

Cons:

There are a few areas that could be improved. The interior of the elevators was heavily scratched, giving them the appearance of cargo lifts rather than those of a luxury hotel. The bathtub also had significant scratches in the enamel, which made it look worn and detracted from the otherwise high standard of the room. Arriving by car and finding a place to stop for check-in is quite challenging. Although the valet service was very helpful, my car was returned with a small scratch, which was disappointing.
Overall, this is a beautiful hotel with exceptional service and a memorable atmosphere. With attention to these details, it would provide an even better luxury experience.

Oasis in Medieval Cordoba.
Pros:

The Hotel was beautifully designed. The location is not far from the main attraction of the Mezquita/Cathedral - so easily reachable.

Cons:

The room I stayed in didn’t have adequate space to store clothes after unpacking. For the prices being paid, they should provide more water - especially during the heatwave.

Pros:

The palace it’s a dream. Super beautiful and the gardens are completely beautiful.
The pool and the beds at the pool were so comfortable.

Cons:

I think the bathroomas are updated.
For a 5 star hotel i expect better bathrooms.
Also the room i stayed in was not so big and also a bit dated.
Also the spa area can improve as the bath robes they provide.

Maravillosa experiencia.
Pros:

Todo espectacular. Las habitaciones, el área de jardines y piscina, el restaurante, toda la experiencia fue maravillosa.
La ubicación es buenísima.
Sin duda, lo mejor del hotel es su personal súper amable, eficiente y cálido. Nos hicieron sentir en casa durante toda la estancia.
