Piscina exterior, simpatia dos funcionários, localização e o facto de ser um antigo Palácio com imensa história.
As piscinas do Spa demasiados pequenas e o facto não ter um ginásio/sauna/ banho turco.

my wife and I eat a simple breakfast. we do not eat much so the very high price for breakfast does not make sense for us. it would be nice to have the possibility to order a croissant and a coffee.
Difficult to fault anything about this hotel, it is superb. Beautiful building, great facilities and such lovely staff. It was perfect for a completely relaxing break.
The only thing I can think of is that the single lift we used to get to our room was very worn and scratched and like a service lift- totally unlike everything else in the building.

We really enjoyed our stay in Córdoba.The hotel was beautiful, comfortable and very well located for discovering the city.
What stood out most was the hospitality. The staff were warm, professional and always ready to help, which made our experience even better. Everything was clean and well maintained, and we felt very comfortable throughout our stay.

L’accueil a été exceptionnel. Un grand merci à Sandra et Ana de la réception pour leur gentillesse, leur professionnalisme et leur attention avec notre fille.
Merci aussi à la dame qui nous a fait visiter les lieux avec tant de passion, on a adoré découvrir l’histoire de l’hôtel.
Les chambres sont superbes, propres et l’emplacement est parfait pour visiter Córdoba à pied.
Notre fille a été accueillie comme une princesse !

La piscina era excesivamente pequeña, dejaban a los niños tirarse a la piscina, lo que incomodaba a los adultos que allí estábamos. No es normal que tenga el mismo precio una botella de agua que una cerveza. Yo que me he alojado en otros hoteles de 5 estrellas, creo, sinceramente, que el alojamiento no es merecedor de 5 estrellas GL. Pero sí la atención del personal. Se debería poder elegir el tipo de almohada en un establecimiento de esta categoría.
