Unfortunately, would not recommend to choose this hotel in Warsaw
Pros:

Nothing really much, it was last minute decision to stay overnight in Warsaw and many options have been left

Cons:

Staff - looked tired, not really attentive. Mosy disliked the fact that we booked teo rooms for four people - one twin and one double and paid accordingly and instead of doubled they gave us a room with a small single bed (not by mistake). So it took our time to claim and get a normal double room.
Breakfast was also disappointing, more a 3 star level and definitely not 4 star.

Нормально. Восторга не было. Хорошая постель в отеле - это самое главное, там ее нет.

Cons:

Страшное здание, уверена Novotel может себе позволить всем в номер кондиционер для волос, хорошие подушки и матрасы.
