Staff try to be very helpful. Nice gym. Room is nice, very decent value for your money overall. Very central location.
Breakfast is very mediocre. The “sauna” doesn’t really function as a sauna.

No me gustó que el baño tuviera bañera en lugar de ducha. El lavabo no drenaba bien el agua, la cama de matrimonio un poco pequeña.
La ubicación. Muy cerca de la estación central y a 15 minutos del centro. Las instalaciones muy buenas, súper limpio. Se agradece la kettle y pequeño frigorífico.
Por poner una pega. La habitación para tres personas es un poco justa. Pero tampoco supuso un problema

I’ve been staying in Airbnbs lately, but staying at this wonderful hotel will definitely bring me back to hotels!
The service was impeccable. Everyone, from the concierge at reception to the housekeeper, was friendly, polite, and genuinely eager to help. The room was spotlessly clean, especially the bathroom.
Despite the hotel being fully booked in August, during peak season, I was easily able to extend my stay with a late check-out. There’s a cooler with clean drinking water available on every floor, and towels are changed upon request.
The hotel is located in the heart of the city, yet the soundproofing is excellent, so you can sleep peacefully. I also didn’t hear any noise from the hallway.
The price is very reasonable for the location and quality. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Warsaw.
I was especially pleased to see that the hotel is dog-friendly — next time, I’ll bring my pet with me!
A couple of small things are worth mentioning, though. I think the room could benefit from having at least one plate. I wasn’t planning to have meals in the room, but if you want to have a small snack, such as some fruit or biscuits, you have to hold it in your hands or make do without a plate.
Also, personally, I’m used to hotels of this standard providing basic bathroom amenities such as cotton pads, cotton buds, and a shower cap. Here, the bathroom only had shampoo, conditioner, and liquid soap — although they are all from Rituals, which was a very nice touch.
These are very minor points and certainly didn’t affect my overall impression of the hotel, but I think future guests should simply be aware of them.
