Best location for all your Brisbane CBD adventures!
Pros:

Great location to CBD and Gabba.
Fantastic balcony views over the Botanic Gardens. Big apartment with 2 bathrooms.

Cons:

Foyer and entrance is a little dated.

Amazing staff - room didn't give "Executive" although it was clean and fine for a work stay
Pros:

Staff service was TEN OUT OF TEN! The team of girls in the day and young men at night were amazing and made the stay. They were attentive, informative and welcoming. Do not lose your staff that were working day and night on the 14th and 15th of May - they made your hotel. I was a dummy and left my notebook on the front counter in the morning as I was leaving and came back that evening and the girls knew it was mine and put it aside for the boys that night - AND the boys knew me by name coming back that evening. GREAT staff

Cons:

I stayed in an Executive room, and the size and view of the room didn't give "Executive". Some power points and corners had black scuff marks on them. View from the balcony was right into a bunch of offices and construction below. I was literally waving to the cleaning staff in the office that evening haha!

Gutes zentral gelegenes Flat mit perfekter Ausstattung, aber wegen des Baulärms nur mit Ohrstöpsel zu ertragen.
Pros:

Das Flat ist super ausgestattet mit allem, was man benötigt.

Cons:

Der 24 Stunden Lärm durch die vielen Baustellen. Wir hatten eine Wohnung im 7. Stock mit Ausblick auf den Pool im 5. Stock und ansonsten nur Hochhäuser drum herum. Dadurch war das Flat auch sehr dunkel.

Exceptional place to stay.
Pros:

The location was exceptional with access to a wide range of services including public transport, food and entertainment.

The staff were always friendly, accommodating and helpful.

I'll definitely stay here again.

Cons:

The nearby construction noise, however this can't be blamed on the hotel.

Misleading description of room with a view.
Pros:

Cons:

Paid extra for view when the view was actually being surrounded by other apartment buildings. Had to sit on verandah overlooked by 100's of apartments, then turn around towards the room to see a glimpse of kangaroo Point! Not as advertised.
Also, no tea bags, soap dispenser was empty, no proper blind at the kitchen windows so other apartments could see if interior light was on.
