Important information:

Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents ("non tourists" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. For guests booking from outside of Israel, the tax is not included in the total price.

Guests are advised that on Saturdays and on Jewish holidays, check-in is available only after 18:00. Use of the wellness facilities is at extra cost of 30 ILS per person per day. The bathing season in the pool is from May to September inclusive.

מלון סביר בהחלט למעט אי ההתיחסות לנושא המזגן. מזל שלא היה לילה חם.
Pros:

ארוחת בוקר טובה מאוד. חדר מרווח (לפחות החדר שקבלתי) . צוות הקבלה טוב עוזר ואפילו שדרגו לי את החדר.

Cons:

המזגן לא עבד. בקשתי שיגיעו לתקן. עד 11 בלילה אף אחד לא הגיע. מסקנה, צוות אחזקה גרוע.

המלון במיקום טוב, מבנה אסתטי וחדר נוח. באנו עם ציפיות גבוהות לאור חוות הדעת המפליגות באתר הזה ובאתרים נוספים. החוויה שלנו הייתה פחות מוצלחת. החדר אמנם היה מרווח, אבל היה מאכזב למצוא שיער אדם על הסדין וציפיות הכרים במיטה. האוכל שהוגש בארוחת הבוקר היה רב, מגוון ובאיכות סבירה. אפשר היה ליהנות ממנו יותר אילו המסעדה הייתה מעט נקיה יותר.

В номере меня ждала тарелка с фруктами, минеральная вода, вино. Очень чисто

В номере отсутствовал фен, не было халата и тапочек. Пришлось просить, но принесли через несколько минут. Довольно скудный завтрак

כבר הפעם השנייה שאני מתארח במלון, וזה אומר הכול.
היחס היה אישי, חם ומקצועי מהרגע הראשון. קיבלתי שדרוג חדר שלא ביקשתי ולא ציפיתי לו, מחווה שממש לא מובנת מאליה והוסיפה המון לחוויה.
מנהלת המלון הייתה מקסימה, נעימה ומאוד קשובה לאורחים, והצוות כולו אדיב, שירותי ומקבל פנים בצורה יוצאת דופן.
רמת הניקיון הייתה מצוינת, האווירה נעימה ומרגיעה, ופשוט מרגישים שיש כאן השקעה אמיתית בכל פרט קטן.
אין ספק שאחזור שוב, וממליץ מכל הלב
