Important information:

Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents ("non tourists" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. For guests booking from outside of Israel, the tax is not included in the total price.

Guests are advised that on Saturdays and on Jewish holidays, check-in is available only after 18:00. Use of the wellness facilities is at extra cost of 30 ILS per person per day. The bathing season in the pool is from May to September inclusive.

Wonderful service at Leonardo Hotel!
Pros:

We spent a night there to celebrate a family birthday. (Group of 7 adults and 2 toddlers, in 4 rooms). Nadia, the guest relations manager, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Showered us with trays of fruits, wine and presents, and was at our disposal for each and every request. She helped us make an unforgettable memory. Thank you, Nadia, from the bottom of our hearts 🙏

Ощущение, что в этот отель надо как следует проинвестировать деньги, иначе он скоро рассыпется.
Pros:

Завтрак и персонал - это прям молодцы. Ребята все очень стараются. И управляющая вникает в любые вопросы, действует на опережение и ты действительно чувствуешь заботу и неравнодушие к своим проблемам и потребностям.

Cons:

Отель в целом не молодой. Там постоянно стараются делать ремонт. Но еще быстрее этот ремонт убивают сами гости. Ощущение затхлости и старости не покидало с момента перестроения порога. Но это вопрос к акционерам и инвесторам, а не к персоналу. Персонал от уборщика до главного менеджера - большие трудяги и молодцы!

סך הכל היה בסדר אבל יש מקום לשיפור

בחדר לא היו חלוקים, לא היו נעלי בית ולא היה פן. במלון ספא הדברים האלה היו צריכים להיות בחדר. כל פעם הייתי צריך לבקש משהו והיו מביאים לי.
