Perfect for the Price
Pros:

We liked the covered parking, the pool and hot tub, short walk to the beach, good quality toiletries, and very comfortable bedding.

Disgusting, they told me to get another room!! I want a full refund.

Pros:

My husband and I go to Galveston every year for our anniversary. We have stayed at a variety of places around the island. Spark was above all the best place we have stayed. It was very clean, the staff was very pleasant and the room was exceptional. We will stay here again.

Could have used some better pillows but no other complaints

No shower curtain
Pros:

We were traveling with a family and had 3 rooms. Two of them didn’t have shower curtains. The people in office were not helpful or friendly. Would not stay there again

The location and the balcony

Cons:

I booked 6 rooms. One room had bad mold in the bathroom and they had to be moved to another room. One party arrived first and even thoughl they had confirmation information could not get into a room and had to wait in te lobby. Another guest had to get another room at a different location because when they arrived they were told 1-1/2 hours before they could get into a room even though everyone else was in a room. The deal clerk was rude. We won’t be staying there again and certainly not up to Hilton standard.
