Great value and wonderful staff.
Pros:

Breakfast selection needs improvement and the building was dated, but the parking garage was a wonderful surprise and the staff was friendly and helpful and the value couldn’t have been better.

The breakfast selection and smell of the buliding.

Great value! And the access to the beach is perfect.
Pros:

The breakfast was only okay. The selection needs to be improved. We loved how friendly and accommodating the staff was and the parking garage was a wonderful surprise.

Cons:

The building was dated and had an odor. The breakfast could have been better. But overall, it was a wonderful experience for the money spent.

We liked the central location. We liked the ease of parking. We liked the large room.

Cons:

The room felt dingy and run down. The lobby smelled bad. The breakfast was lack luster. Just didn't meet our expectations of a hotel.

Room/bathrooms were dirty. Outlets in bathrooms didn’t work. Need more staff on hand to make sure rooms are cleaned and restocked everyday. Need to offer more things for breakfast. Need to have another coffee bar. Staff needs to be more knowledgeable about the area.

Pros:

Several family members stayed there on 7/3, the night before our cruise and we were quite disappointed. The pictures of the rooms online do not look like the actual rooms. The hotel is old and in need up updates. It has a moldy smell. The sofa bed did not have any linens on it, nor were any available in the room. Only one of the elevators was working and it was very slow. The "complimentary breakfast" consists of boiled eggs, bagels and dry cereal. The location is great for those that want to be close to the Gulf but the accommodations are far below what other Hilton properties provide.

Wouldn't recommend this place!
Pros:

I've traveled extensively around the world and have stayed at Hilton properties across every brand and category. Unfortunately, this was one of the most disappointing Hilton experiences I've had.

For the price they charge, I expected a much higher standard. This property doesn't deliver an experience that justifies premium rates.

One of the biggest disappointments was the lack of benefits for Hilton Honors elite members. There was no flexibility for early check-in or late checkout. I also requested to be notified through the Hilton app when my room was ready by 3:00 p.m., but I never received a notification. After 3:00 p.m., I went to the front desk only to be told that my room had already been ready. That made the notification feature seem completely pointless.

To make matters worse, the air conditioning performed poorly and never kept the room comfortably cool.

Overall, this property fell well below my expectations, especially considering the price. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend it.

Pros:

This hotel is in a good location. It is clean and quiet. There is covered parking and it's free. The updates are nice and the staff is friendly.

Cons:

I couldn't find the stairs but that was a me problem. The elevator was slow but I think that's because it was so popular. I think there should be more lighting in the parking garage. No real dislikes for this location.
