Look forward to returning
Pros:

Great location and stunning views over Pudong, Bund and the river. What made this experience phenomenal was Miss Georgie the Manageress. Her personal attention to customer care was outstanding. Hyatt need to acknowledge such talent and leadership

Cons:

Shame the Jacuzzi was not working but these things happen.

Super Lokation, Top Aussicht. Jedoch sollten gewisse Zimmer aufgefrischt werden

Zentrale Lage perfekt zu Fuss zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten in Pudong und Bund. Tolle Aussicht auf die Stadt aus den Hotelzimmern. Super Bar im 83. Stock. Zimmer sauber

Ein zugeteiltes Zimmer stinkte nach Zigaretten, obwohl die Zimmer raucherfrei waren. Im Badezimmer Kalk (Lavabo und Dusche)

Cons:

Swimming Pool. Booked a Deluxe King Room, it could have been better. Probably all Deluxe King room are not having same layout which is a bad thing.

Pros:

El edificio es una joya y está en una zona muy bien ubicada. Las vistas son espectaculares.

Cons:

No pierde esa esencia de Hyatt donde los empleados no ayudan ni aportan ningún valor agregado a la estancia de uno, en especial el personal del restaurante. Las camas son super incómodas, no tienen ningún soporte lumbar.

Pros:

Located conveniently from the Luiziazui metro to explore the city, a mere 5 Minute walk.

Great breakfast buffet to start your day. Unfortunately we did miss the dinner at one of many restaurants in the hotel due to our timing constraints but the dinner buffet at On 56 would be something we will make a point to visit next time.
Views are amazing: we got the bund view/ pearl tower view and the Shanghai tower as well.
Room size and bathrooms are great.
Staffs were very much accommodating and responsive.

It will be our base when we come back to Shanghai in future.

Not worth. Staff not competent. Had to check in twice. Breakfast chaotic, dirty and quality of food questionable. Good location and great views only.

Excellent cost to performance, good value
Pros:

An amazing value. Service was excellent, Grand Club Lounge was welcoming and well stocked with fresh food and tidbits at all hours of the day, and the Club Deluxe Riverview room (corner room) was absolutely breathtaking. Globalists are really really really really well taken care of here, as they take the time and effort to reach out before and after your stay to make sure you are well taken care of.
