They put us in a awful room with hospital looking bathroom and it smelt
Both good

Location and price
Room had a leak and needed painting
The general layout, the attractive terrace. No noise from the road. Staff very friendly and helpful. I liked the voucher incentive to save the environment by not having housekeeping. Breakfast was quite good but the wholemeal bread ran out very quickly and the alternative was standard white. Paying £200 per night for solo room and breakfast I would have liked a greater choice of continental style breakfast in a more attractive dining room. It had the feel of a cheap café
The rather small breakfast room in the basement. It was a squeeze to get by the tables (and I’m petite!) and seemed rather pokey for an hotel which is otherwise quite grand. (See other comments re breakfast above) Are there not other more comfortable rooms for dining in a building so elegant?
Location was ideal and the hotel had a nice relaxed atmosphere
Breakfast should maybe included in the price of the room
Riom 190, not ideal as nobreal windows and sloping ceilings for a 6.2 document is not idea
