Second stay .... and will be back next month. First choice for stays in Sheffield.
Pros:

Fun room (two levels), great location and a very very good English breakfast buffet. Perfect scrambled eggs, exceptional mushrooms. Usually cooked breakfast buffets are a huge disappointment but this one was worth the calories. Close to cathedral, Cutler's Hall for the Goldsmith's fair (June) etc.

Cons:

Could say it feels a little tired - but only in the grand old lady sort of way. This is not an Ibis (stay elsewhere if you want swanky modern).

Great hotel for city break stay with a luxury feel
Pros:

Really friendly and helpful staff and our room was comfortable with a bit of character and was very quiet. Good breakfast as well with lots of choice. Also used the fitness room which was small but clean and well equipped for what I wanted.
Would recommend and stay at Leopold again

Cons:

Only downside was room heating/air con left the air a bit dry
