Great Location, Mixed Experience
Pros:

The location for attractions in Long Beach is very good. There are many restaurants and some shops in walking distance. The breakfast is good and the common areas are comfortable and well kept. Most of the staff was very friendly.

Cons:

The remodeled showers are a negative experience. This is the second time I've stayed here. The first time I had trouble turning it on I settled for a short, lukewarm shower. This time I called the front desk for advice. It's hard to turn on the shower and adjust the water temperature. The shower head was too high for me to adjust. One of the doors didn't stay closed, so water got on the floor. Also, I had trouble finding the station I wanted to watch on the TV. It was in the higher numbers, and the guide for those channels was hard to find. The remote only goes one direction so I had to go all the way around to find a nigher station again if I could remember the number. It would have been very helpful if there was a brochure or something explaining how to use the shower and tv remote.

Night before Cruise
Pros:

Convenience to port. Restaurants, stores, long beach. Staff was very friendly. Free breakfast was plentiful and delishes. Updated rooms very clean and nice.

Cons:

I liked everything ,would a tay there again.

Hot construction mess
Pros:

The bed was very soft and my lady liked the coffee maker during the breakfast time

Cons:

The floor we stayed on was currently under construction which led to no air conditioning in the hallways of the floor, also only 1 elevator .. The cheese in the cheese omelette was just weird

this is my go to for when I'm heading out on a cruise. It's a short ride to the terminals.
Pros:

I love the breakfast room at this hotel! The choices, the coffee machine with everything from black coffee to latte selections is amazing!

Cons:

The pool is very small and four children fill it up pretty quickly. It's extremely humid and could use better ventilation.

Cama confortável, banheiro espaçoso e café da manhã excelente
Pros:

Café da manhã excelente! Muitas opções. Adoramos a máquina de iogurte.
Academia boa e piscina pequena, porém não tinha ninguém. Estacionamento bom, dá para chegar e sair do táxi com tranquilidade.

Cons:

Espaço para o café da manhã tem apenas 34 assentos.

Položaj hotela i lokacija

Cons:

Radovi u hotelu.Hotel ne izdaje racune ako su placeni bookingom.Na kraju uz mnogo pisanja su ga ipak izdali.Neću ovdje više doći.

Pros:

Bella la camera, classica americana con bagno all’entrate, due letti grandi e mobile su un lato. Bello il bagno con doccia 👍🏻
Punto negativo della struttura è la sala colazione. Non per quanto riguarda il cibo e le bevande (anche se erano migliorabili. Soprattutto uova e bacon) ma per i posti a sedere:solo 20!! (ovviamente stretti)
