Definitivamente no es un hotel 4 ⭐⭐⭐⭐
Pros:

Tiene 3 piscinas bien distribuidas.
La ubicación del hotel está muy cerca de la playa.

Cons:

WiFi únicamente en el lobby del hotel.

El ascensor está para una película de terror, suena muy feo.

Las condiciones generales del hotel no parecen de un hotel 4 estrellas.

Habitaciones cómodas y bien equipadas
Pros:

El personal que nos recibió se portó muy amable, nos guió hasta nuestra habitación y nos apoyó a corroborar que todo funcionara, nuestro Check In era a las 4:00 pm, nosotros llegamos aproximadamente entre las 10 am y 11 am y nos dieron la atención de instalarnos y dejar nuestras cosas.
Cuando hicimos check out nos resguardaron nuestras maletas mientras nosotros íbamos a la playa. El Señor de la recepción se portó muy amable.
Me gustó que el hotel está lindo, cómodo, cercano al oxxo, al mercado de artesanías, cercano a la plaza y lugares para comer y bailar en la noche, está bastante bien ubicado.
El hotel cuenta con 3 albercas. Las habitaciones a mi parecer está agradables, las camas cómodas, cuentan con refrigerador, horno de microondas, tostadora, mesa con platos, vasos y cucharas, parrilla, aire acondicionado, sillón cama, etc... El lugar estaba limpio, buena relación en cuanto a precio-calidad.

Cons:

No tengo queja alguna, tuve una buena experiencia. Volvería a hospedarme ahí.

Pros:

The location is great and the staff is nice. The rooms are clean and functional. The hotel had some renovations going on, so we couldn't enjoy of all the amenities but it is a great place.

Cons:

At check out time. As we were in a group of multiple rooms. The person cleaning our room didn't spread the towels correctly and they were trying to charge us things without even verifying first, the receptionist in that moment was in some way rude. Until one of the person checking the other rooms found them folded and unused.

It was very expensive.
Pros:

The staff at the hotel were friendly, people seemed relatively friendly, they welcomed Spanish speaking people.

Cons:

I paid premium price for a room with a kitchen -originally, I had to go and find pots and pans to cook with. We got terrible toilet paper for the first 7 days, 1990’s beige towels, I was 2km away from the nearest access to the beach, the big chain hotels have monopolized access to the beach. Everything is Ixtapa is 3x what it should be because all your groceries can only be bought in zihuatenejo.

En las habitaciones no llegaba la señal del wifi, deberían de incluir en la tarifa el desayuno, el servicio de la recepción no fue muy bueno, además es muy complicado obtener una factura
