Quiet

Cons:

On the first day, we were placed in a room with a worn-out mattress. Just lying on the bed, I could feel the springs, and it caused back pain and discomfort.

On the second day, after maintenance investigated the issue, my family and I were moved to another room. However, for the next five days, there was no room service provided. We had to take out our own trash, clean the room ourselves, and make the beds. We also had to repeatedly go to the front desk to request fresh towels and trash bags.

On the third day, I spoke with a front desk employee regarding the lack of housekeeping service. He told me the room had already been cleaned. I explained that it had not been serviced, and he stated that if I wanted the beds made, I needed to specifically request it, and that I could always bring the trash downstairs myself.
His attitude during the interaction was disrespectful and unprofessional, which made the experience even more frustrating.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent stay and will never return to this establishment.

Cons:

I was disappointed that when I booked a room for three adults, they only provided two towels and two washcloths. Additionally, I found the room in a state of disarray. When housekeeping arrived to clean, they discovered that there were three towels and three washcloths, yet they only left two towels, one washcloth, and a dirty towel.

The front desk people were nice

Cons:

There was mold on my shower head the cleaning lady was rude and they refused to let my doordash driver up to drop my food off which is weird I’ve stayed at many hotels for work and never had a hotel not let my food be delivered and most are better hotels than this one

Ok for convenience to airport and appreciate discount due to renovation construction.

Convenient to airport. Had breakfast food available.

Cons:

Significant road noise all night and disturbed sleep. Hope windows are replaced with better sound proofing.
