Fantastisk personale, spesielt ei i resepsjonen. God frokost. Ryddig og rent overalt. Fantastisk bar. Et Hotell vi veldig gjerne vil anbefale og komme tilbake til Fredrikstad wow for en by !!!!!

Cons:

Under ombygging/oppussing så det var ikke så hyggelig utenfor. Litt rart at vi fikk beskjed ved utsjekk om at frokost ikke var inkludert, men den «bjudar jag på». Når jeg sjekker, ser jeg at vi hadde bestilt og betalt for rom inkludert frokost.

Frokosten var det beste ved hotellet. Den var veldig bra! Hotellet ligger også veldig sentralt til.

Cons:

Hotellet var delvis under oppussing så var ikke spesielt hyggelig rundt hotellet. Dobbetrommet var rent, men der slutter det positive. Det var ikke spesiell god lukt på rommet selv om regjort. Veldig stusselig ukoselig innredet, utsikt ut mot luftekanaler, ingen minibar eller kjøleskap, vond seng og klumpete puter. Anbefaler derfor ikke dette hotellet.
