Pros:

Das Hotel hat insgesamt einen sehr guten Eindruck hinterlassen. Das Zimmer war wirklich toll – modern, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und großzügig. Besonders positiv ist die sehr gute Sauberkeit aufgefallen. Auch das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis empfand ich als fair und angemessen.
Leider gab es beim Check-in einige holprige Momente. Die Mitarbeiterin am Empfang war etwas unfreundlich und schien mit der Situation überfordert. Obwohl die Buchung bereits im Voraus bezahlt war, wurde dies nicht sofort erkannt, und es kam zu dem Versuch, meine Karte ein zweites Mal zu belasten. Nach meiner Weigerung klärte sich die Sache zwar plötzlich, dennoch hat mich dieser Vorgang ziemlich verunsichert und unwohl fühlen lassen.
Insgesamt würde ich das Hotel weiterempfehlen, vor allem wegen der schönen Zimmer und der Sauberkeit.

Cons:

Mit etwas mehr Freundlichkeit und Professionalität am Empfang wäre der Aufenthalt rundum perfekt gewesen.

500€ für 2 Nacht war zu teuer für dieses Zimmer, Max. 100€ pro 2 Nächte

Bequemes Bett, Klimaanlage und die Tatsache, dass man morgens Kaffee oder Tee im Zimmer trinken kann

Cons:

Die Toilette war undicht, das Waschbecken ließ das Wasser nicht ab und man musste es selbst mit einem Löffel öffnen, es gab keinen Lufterfrischer im Badezimmer und die Klimaanlage funktionierte dort nicht, was immer in jedem Zimmer sein sollte, aber das war es nicht.

Das Zimmer in der Nähe des Aufzugs ist nicht komfortabel, weil man immer hört, dass sich die Aufzüge bewegen und sehr laut sind, der Fernseher ist im Zimmer und es ist unmöglich, ihn einzuschalten.

Wenn Sie das Hotel betreten, ist es immer eine lange Wartezeit auf den Aufzug, und es gibt zwei davon.

Ich habe einen Tag früher ausgecheckt. Ein Mitarbeiter von Booking.com sagte mir am Telefon, dass ich diesen Tag gutgeschrieben bekomme. Dies ist nicht passiert. Deshalb habe ich heute bei trivago gebucht.
