Pros:

Close to the subway, good amount of amenities

Cons:

Some stains on the bedding and towels, the lobby is well renovated while the rooms are really old furnished, really old TVs for 2026, some power outlets poorly secured, there s no iron in the room you need to pay extra for the service, they advertise having bikes for rent but whenever you ask if they re available they re always rented

Pros:

Het hotel ligt niet pal in het centrum, maar is goed bereikbaar met tram, metro en trein. Om de hoek kun je het Stasimuseum bezoeken. Bij het inchecken 's avonds laat was de receptionist zeer vriendelijk.

Muy lindo hotel.
Pros:

Habitaciones muy confortables. Snacks rapidos para comer muy convenientes. No fuimos por turismo, teniamos un evento cerca del hotel por eso nos quedo muy comodo.

Прекрасный номер с удобствами
Pros:

Очень понравилось место, в котором мы остановились: дружелюбный и приветливый персонал, чистые и уютные номера, в которых все есть для отличного отдыха. Приятным и неожиданным было то, что мы выиграли в номинации Гость дня и отель подарил нам завтрак на двоих, а при заселении в номере нас ждал сладкий комплимент. Завтраки чудесные, есть что выбрать и продукты тоже хорошие. Само помещение, в котором завтракают, очень уютное и атмосферное. Однозначно рекомендую!

Pros:

das personal war sehr höfflich und hilfsbereit, da wir früher schon öffters in diesem Hotel waren ( vor dem Umbau) sind die Zimmer besser geworden

Cons:

In den Duschen war in den Ecken Schimmel zu sehen ( nach einem Umbau des Hotels sehr seltsam) , Reinigung der Zimmer nur nach ausdrücklichen wunsch der Gäste, beim Frühstück musten wir "Filterkaffee" extra bestellen, 3 Sorten Wurst und 2 Sorten Käse war relativ wenig für ein 4 Sterne Hotel.

Cons:

Neodtékala vana, záchod špatně splachoval, ulepené povrchy, poprosili jsme o uklizení pokoje a nic se nestalo. Na pokoji chyběla lednice.

Location, clean and comfortable. Easy booking and very flexible cancellation until last minutes nevertheless I didn’t need it.

Renoviertes, aber altes und durchgerauchtes Gebäude, keine Reinigung
Pros:

Großes bequemes Bett

Cons:

Reinigung hat nicht einmal stattgefunden, wobei an rezeption 2x während des gesamten Aufenthalts abgesprochen wurde. An einem Tag haben wir den Hund extra mitgenommen, damit das Zimmer gereinigt werden kann, ist aber nicht passiert. Das Hotel ist zwar renoviert, aber altes Gebäude, und die Zimmer riechen immer noch nach altem Zigarettenrauch. Wir haben ein „upgegrades“ Zimmer bekommen mit einem direkten Blick auf den Parkplatz und die Mülltonnen. Baustelle ging ab 7 Uhr morgens los alle Tage ausser Sonntag.
