Pros:

Персонал, как всегда, был дружелюбен и вежлив. Спасибо большое за прием.

Cons:

К сожалению, в отеле поменялся повар. Мы были рады, что заказали проживание только с завтраком, который оставлял желать лучшего. Те из нас, кто оставался на обед и ужин, были разочарованы.
Мне кажется, что номер в мансарде из-за скосов стен слишком маленький для двоих.

Оздоровительный комплекс и персонал - с Ангельской заботой о гостях
Аристократический интерьер , разнообразное меню , особенно на ужин всегда есть несколько видов мяса и рыбы , приготовленных по оригинальным рецептам!!

Cons:

Не могу ничего сказать отрицательного, только как пожелание, мне было бы удобно делать макияж с увеличительным зеркалом.

Rád se k vám opět při nějaké příležitosti vrátím.
Pros:

Pochutnal jsem si, široký výběr, výborná káva espresso.

Cons:

Jen bych u snídaně ocenil i trochu "zelené" zeleniny jako rukola, hlávkový salát, kadeřavá petrželka atd.

In booking when I booked the room it stated that there were more wellness treatments included, but when we got there they told us we only had two options. Parking is extra.

Pros:

Das Frühstücksbüfett war sehr gut. Das Personal sehr freundlich, auch im Spa-Bereich.

Cons:

Mein Zimmer war sehr schön, lag aber direkt neben den Aufzügen. Dadurch war ein gewisse Geräuschpegel vorhanden.

Мне очень понравился интерьер, барочная стилизация, не только в номере, но и во все отеле. Очень вежливый и доброжелательный персонал, как на ресепшине, так и в велнес. Завтраки были разнообразные, небольшой, но вполне достаточный выбор. Велнес тоже понравился и качеством услуг, и выбором. Было уютно, удобно, даже заботливо

Cons:

Кофе :) Это мелочь, конечно, потому что было несколько кофемашин, но ни один вариант не понравился.

An Unterkunft Grande Madonna hat uns sehr vieles gefallen Sehr schickes Hotel, weiches Bett, gute Kissen .Zimmer war sauber .Die Lage sehr zentral. Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr nett und hilfsbereit

Cons:

Uns hat nicht gefallen sehr kleine Sauna und kaltes Wasser im Whirlpool

Чтоб жить - хорошее место, а питаться рекомендую в заведениях

1. Номер был хороший, а с балкона был отличный вид
2. Отличные сотрудники

Cons:

1. Завтраки и ужины были не очень. Выбор был маленьким

Wir können das Hotel jederzeit für einen Urlaub in Karlsbad empfehlen.
Pros:

Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen, nur einige Schritte hinunter zu den Kolonnaden. Trotzdem sehr ruhig, sodass wir auch bei offenem Fenster schlafen konnten.
Der Parkplatz war nicht direkt beim Hotel aber ganz in der Nähe etwas oberhalb, 2-3 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.
Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, nichts Ausgefallenes aber ausreichend viel und abwechslungsreich.
Das gleich unterhalb des Hotels gelegene Restaurant U Křížovníků ist preiswert und wirklich empfehlenswert.
Insgesamt war der Preis von 300 € für zwei Personen im Doppelzimmer für drei Nächte mit Frühstück sehr in Ordnung.

Cons:

Bad mit Dusche statt Badewanne wäre schön gewesen.
Als Österreicher geht einem fast überall im Ausland die Vielfalt an gutem Brot ab. Das war auch in diesem Hotel beim Frühstück so.
