Pros:

Сніданки, номер в цілому, спа-зона були чудовими. Сам готель всередині виглядає як музей. В номері дуже чисто. Особоиво порадувала ідеально чиста ванна.

Cons:

В номері не було розетки біля ліжка, чайника в номері теж, на жаль, не було передбачено.

nice location, big potential
Pros:

Super Frühstück, sehr herzliche Mitarbeiterinnen, Tee in der Lounge

Cons:

Fehlende Klimaanlage (das Hotel ist 22 Jahre alt), nicht alle Parkplätze sind wirklich am Hotel (5 direkt davor, 5 hinter dem Haus, 15 nochmal die Straße hinauf außer Sichtweite), keine Steckdosen am Bett, Duschschlauch zu kurz (Menschen über 1,70m Höhe müssen gekrümmt duschen)

Celkově dobrá a kvalitní spokojenost.
Pros:

Obsah a časy snídaně, přístup personálu, především ve wellness centru.

Cons:

Není pokojový bar (nealko především). Hodně věcí působilo na bývalé vyšší zaměření na ruskojazyčnou klientelu.
S ohledem na měnící se skladbu klientely a současné trendy v oblasti lázeňství a aktivního trávení volného času je vhodné zvážit vybavení hotelu menší základní posilovnou, která rozšíří možnosti pohybových aktivit hostů.
Současně by bylo účelné zřídit kolovnu pro bezpečnou úschovu jízdních kol, čímž se zvýší komfort hostů využívajících cykloturistiku a podpoří atraktivita hotelu pro širší okruh návštěvníků.

Das man in ein Loch reingestellt wird, von Außen brüllt das Ventilationsanlage , bläst die warme Luft ins Zimmer und der „schöne“ Ausblick an die Regentonne und an die IBC Container… das alles für „sanfte“ 76€

Das Hotel war sehr schön, aber das Personal leider unfreundlich.

Keine Brötchen zum Frühstück, wenig Wurstauswahl, auf dem Zimmer wurde das schmutzige Geschirr stehen gelassen, in der dazugehörigen Gastronomie, wurden wir nach dem Essen eine halbe Stunde mit dreckigen Geschirr und leeren Gläsern, einfach ignoriert.
