La excelente atención del personal. Limpieza. Habitación cómoda y en líneas con ella las camas. Situación: es un paseo al centro, la vuelta es un poco mas durilla por el último reprechón. Pero vaya,nada del otro mundo. Ademas posee un buen parking cubierto y cerrado. Podéis utilizar el spa

Comodidad y confort a un paso del centro
Pros:

La habitación muy espaciosa y cómoda. El desayuno muy variado y el spa estaba muy cuidado. Valoramos muy positivamente la disponibilidad de plazas de aparcamiento dentro del hotel. El personal muy atento y amable.

Cons:

Todo fue perfecto. Por poner algún pero, el WiFi iba un poco lento y la televisión era algo antigua con algunos canales que se pixelaban.

Wie immer super. Wir kommen seit Jahren immer wieder in dieses Hotel. Parkplätze draußen und Garage vorhanden. Frühstück phenomenal. Betten super groß und gemütlich. Zimmer hat super viel Platz. Super, super, super Hotel!

Uma estadia muito agradável e tranquila, ideal para famílias.

Gostámos muito da suite familiar, com boa área, limpeza impecável e um ambiente calmo. O check-in foi rápido e o staff foi sempre muito atencioso. O estacionamento foi também uma mais-valia. O pequeno-almoço estava muito bom, e na zona de spa, onde utilizámos apenas a piscina e o jacuzzi, estava tudo ótimo, com cacifos e toalhas disponíveis. Nada de negativo a apontar.

Lovely hotel to ensure a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Guimaraes
Pros:

Lovely modern hotel within a few minutes walk of the beautiful town of Guimaraes. Friendly welcoming staff and a fabulous buffet breakfast. Hotel also has a spa, pool and bar and has great soundproofing so wont hear the nearby trains. Room had a mini-fridge to keep things cool.

Cons:

Nothing to complain about although it would have been nice to have a kettle in the room to be able to make a cup of coffee/tea.
